Used one on my nephew yesterday at the park after the fell on the pavement and it stopped the bleeding quick. It allowed me to take him home for better treatment. Good to have it in car or backpack around kids.

I ordered two boxes to keep in my cabinet at home. I think everyone should keep a few of these skin closure devices in their first aid refill kit (home, office, boat, backpack, wilderness). This is a great option in cases where sutures or similar options are not possible.
