My mom has had service with them for almost 10 yea...

My mom has had service with them for almost 10 years. A little over a year ago she canceled her home phone. This required her to have a radio installed so the system would still work. She paid for 100% of the equipment and the install. She recently sold the house when she was not longer able to live alone. Now they are saying she owes about 4 years of service because to put in new equipment requires a new 5 year contract. Look at other options before going with Sentry, they are nice until they have you on the hook.

called several times about an issue and they came ...

called several times about an issue and they came several times and changed batteries. I told them I tried doing that already. They charged med $100 to change battery and this of course did not solve the problem again! No one on the phones seemed to know anything about what was previous done. Then they called me to rate the service after i called to complain. they also charged me a trip fee even though they didnt fix the issue. will be switching companies.

I have been a customer of Sentry Alarms for over 2...

I have been a customer of Sentry Alarms for over 25 years and associated with them nearly as long with my employer. They have always been 100% reliable and professional. I have complete trust in them. I heartily recommend them.
