Great hotel, very friendly and hospitable stuff. We had a very nice honeymoon. 2014 but we alway like to remember it.

I stayed in this hotel for a couple of days. It is a very good place if you decided to visit Antalya. Rooms are clean and spacious. A variety of food is provided during lunch/dinner in which you will find your needs. You can enjoy the beach as well as the available pools.

Visited this hotel 3 times in the past 2 years. Always a great experience and enjoyable stay. The entertainment team are brilliant and really make you feel welcome. Rambo and Ersin are the main reason we visit, they are very friendly and kind people who make it their passion that everyone had a great time. The food is brilliant and all staff are very helpful. English is also very good so no problems in communicating. We have had our room upgraded free of charge on numerous occasions. The hotel is very clean and lots of activities for all ages to enjoy. Highly recommend. We celebrated our 6 year anniversary with the hotel who went the extra mile to ensure it was special and an occasion to remember.

Absolutely love this place. Staff very friendly and always helpful. Place is kept spotless. Large rooms well laid out. Handy lights in the wardrobe. Guest relations were class and went out of their way to make sure we had a fabulous anniversary.

Zeynep Hotel overall was a weird hit-n-miss. Some things were just excellent, but then some other things were just terrible. I'll share examples below. I know some of this feedback may sound like first world problems, but I am in a similar customer facing industry and I know that most of the time it's the little things that make a big difference.

We stayed in a two-room family bungalow in the resort part of the hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The safe did not work, but not a big deal. The air conditioning however was not that good and was just barely keeping the room not too warm, but nowhere near cool. We asked the hotel to take a look and they did but said it was working fine. I ended up adjusting the ac blinds near the ceiling myself so it would blow right on top of us when we slept.

The food was tasty and good variety. The cream (kaymak) near the honey at breakfast was honestly the best in the world! Snack bar near the pool: Pizza was great with thin crust, manti (turkish ravioli) was terrible. Gozleme near the beach was ok, tantuni was great. Bartenders at the pool bar were very friendly and provided excellent service!

The animation team tried their best, keeping the energy high during the day and had some good activities, despite having the same routine every day. Shout out to Ersan & Sayra! But then during the morning water aerobics, when I tried to borrow two pool noodles for my kids who wanted to participate, the animator girl scoffed at me, as if I was stealing them (her reason was that noodles were for adults, which made no sense, plenty was available and all the kids were using them everywhere).

You can sympathize for the servers scooping ice-cream for hours while trying to keep smiling. But then one of the girls serving ice-cream forbids to take spoons outside the patisserie. You can't fit everyone in that small cafe and there are no spoons outside. How do you eat ice-cream from a cup without a spoon? Why not provide ice cream in cups as well and spoons too? This is an opportunity to create a better experience for the customer at no cost.

And finally, music. One night the hotel/entertainment team organized a great garden party with nice decorations and lights. But then the DJ ruined everything by playing electro music the whole night! The typical guest in this hotel is not an EDM festival goer or anything, you could see the 90% of the crowd was just standing and waiting for some normal pop music. The animation team tried to keep the crowd going, but even they got tired after some time. During the whole stay we walked around at night trying to get into the neighboring hotels which had much better parties.
