Sensability offers the best treatments! My personal favorites are Nirvana an Ayurvedic treatment from head to toe, Full Body Massage, Treat Your Feet Reflexology, Lash Tinting! I am also participating as a client in the Personal Training Clinic. I have received what I though was good solid training, I know now what amazing, fantastic results oriented Personal Training should be. The students do a great job!
I went in for the signature facial with Camryn and I really enjoyed my experience,very relaxing and she made sure i was comfortable every step of the way.
Be careful! I made an appointment for a back facial and a 90 minute massage. I specifically asked about precautions they were taking for Covid-19. They seemed to be following safe guidelines with pre-screening, masks and 6 foot social distancing. That was not the case. I was lead to a medium sized room with one foot to two foot distancing between tables with about 20 tables. It was full of people and students. I expressed shock that there was no social distancing or privacy. Two supervisors came within one foot of my face to tell me that if I wanted a private room, I would have to get a doctor's letter. It was so cramped for space that as I backed up to get at least another foot of space, they had me backed up against a wall. They misrepresented their precautions and are cramming people into a room about as big as a living room.
They offer very good services. I got a facial done recently it was great, though my skin needs more work, but I got a mini facial consultation which was unexpected and pleasant. I would definitely go back and follow what was advised to me. My first was very nice.
Love this place! I've been here a dozen times for multiple services and I've never been disappointed. All of the students and staff are so professional and helpful. I always feel taken care of and leave feeling so relaxed. If you're uncomfortable be sure to speak up! Communication with your esthetician is key. Glad I live close to this great spa.
This place is good only for waxing only, that too if you ensure that job is done. Massage is a big no. When you say that you are not happy about the massage, there is no sorry nor they say will try to improve they just ignore your point on the phone.
Customer service is good at the front desk and when they take you inside for the actual service.
I am using the Spa quite a bit and find really good results and very good value for money.
I came in for a facial today ($25 on Fridays), and while it wasn t the best facial I ve ever had, it was a good experience and definitely worth the money. For a facial, you ll be in a room with multiple other people, but you wear a robe and there s a private changing area. My only criticisms are that the table I was on was a bit uncomfortable, and there were no extractions, which are my favorite part of a facial. Other than that, the setting was nice, the student who worked on me was very sweet, and I really liked the products they used. This would be a good place to go to in between real facials with extractions. I ll definitely come back to try their other services!
