This location is the best experience I've had with CHOA by far! They were very efficient and attentive, but patient with my toddler who was getting a MRI. The doctor, nurses and staff were all wonderful!

I did a ultrasound of my baby boy with Monique and she was wonderful with him! So gentle and sweet that him feel asleep during the appointment! I m so thankful when I met professionals that work with their heart!

PLEASE TAKE YOUR CHILD SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND ONLY CONCERNED WITH BILLABLE MINUTES AND NOT THE WELL BEING OF YOUR CHILD. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE IN GEORGIA. WE WILL NEVER TAKE OUR CHILD THERE AGAIN!

I made an appointment after being referred by my daughters pediatrician... 2 weeks later the day before the appointment they called to say they won t work with my insurance and I was expected to pay $1050 prior to them giving the ultrasound. When I asked if there is a payment plan or if they reduce the price if they won t go through my insurance I was told it s not my problem you can t afford to pay it and it s your daughters need so you ll have to figure it out . I was mind blown. Completely unprofessional and cold. I cancelled my appointment and will take my daughter someplace else. Even if no place else will take insurance I would rather give my money to anyone else than someone who says that. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Then, later that day they called to confirm my appointment and when I told them I had canceled it earlier that day they tried to charge me for cancelling within 24 hours. First, I cancelled at 10 am and the appointment wasn t until 12:45 and second, it s not my mess up that they took all my insurance told me I was good to go then called me the day before to say just kidding. I will be damned if I receive any sort of bill from there people after this. Go someplace else and avoide these cold and unprofessional people working in a CHILDRENS network

I had to write this review before pulling out of the parking lot. We had the best experience. What an amazing place full of amazing people. We were running 30 minutes late, and they still allowed us to come for an ultrasound for our newborn girlie. They allowed me to nurse her in a beautifully clean and cute little lactation room beforehand. Monique was so super kind, and got Goldfish, apple juice, and a coloring book for our older four-year-old girlie while her little sis did the ultrasound. She was incredibly professional, joyful, and kind -- humming beautifully to our little girl as she completed the ultrasound. I can't say enough wonderful things about the team of people here. Grateful for them!

I had appointement 2:00 pm i drove all the way from mcdonough 53 miles got to the area 1:54 pm got lost for 39 minutes when i got there they told me to sit. I told them my situations the front lady told me there is somebody at 3:30. I asked her to call the supervisor. Remorseless on her face and lied to me the dr. Is gone. I will never go to that place. Such a cold lady. I am already worried about my son situations and the service i got was horrible. I hope i am not gone be in this exprience again

Their billing department is a joke. We had a spinal ultrasound done at one of their imaging centers, and were told they d do a preauthorization. They did not. They did not return my call for one either. When we showed up for our appointment I asked again and the receptionist said they hadn t updated any info in our file so she didn t know any cost or insurance information. The test was an important one so we went ahead and did it. Took about 15 minutes. Next we get a bill for almost $700, none of which is covered by our insurance because the facility was considered a hospital . Had they don t the preauth we would have known that and chosen a different facility so that the test would have been covered 100%. Several phone calls to their billing department and NOT ONE person has called me back. Despite my many attempts to correct this mistake, and absolutely zero follow up from Anyone at CHOA they have sent the bill into collections. I will go out of my way to never use their services or facilities again.

When they repeatedly drop the ball, you ll be left with the mess.
