Been having a hard time getting what my mother needs from SWH. Very slow to respond and won't give extra hours needs. So far she had an accident after HHA left after finishing her 5 hour shift. This insurance is cheap on hours and not concerned about the needs of the client. Will switch from them asap. Website states they are open until 8pm I called at 7:20pm and tried fives times and each time I was hung up on, like seriously dont bother with SWH, waste of time.

Very poor customer service. Every interaction I had just became worst from TRANSPORTATION to home care services.

If there was a rating for less than 0 I d give it. My mother in law has been totally victimized by them!!!!!

Poor management. Don t join it. It s the worst health care provider. They don t provide with the services what the elderly needs. Also, customer service representatives aren t well trained. You even don t have chance to speak with the care managers. And they don t follow up the cases. One word, worst agency....

Worst health care providers ever!!! Not even worth one star. VERY Poor customer service. Couldn't find the care manager (Stacy Wan) regarding patient status and discharge planning. Left numerous messages and emails still no answer from the MIA care manager. Finally left a message for supervisor (Baljit, Kaur) still no answer. Stay away from SWH. Encourage my patients to stay away with SWH!!!

They definitely need to improve the overall phone line customer support team by replacing the officer with rudeness, less education, broken English, bad attitude and the lacking of proper information!

I ve to say the case managers are awesome but supervisors and customer officer! And also the transportation isn t satisfactory!

They are very slow looking for solutions giving the impression they don't care for whom they work.
Don't make the mistake that I did.

DO NOT CHOOSE THEM! YOU HAVE OTHER CHOICES THROUGH YOUR MEDICAIDE. GODLESS, INSENSITIVE EMPLOYEES ~ THEY DON'T CARE, ITS JUST A JOB TO THEM. MY MOTHER 87 FELL FRACTURERED HER BACK AND THEY ONLY GAVE HER 12 HOURS? Insensitive case managers!

This is a garbage organization that isn't into helping nobody thete customer service is the worse i've been asking for a listing of other agency's so i can get out of this trash organization, fyi i see there mot putting up the name of some company that just took over, this company denied me additional help for home health aide, now i am walking with a soft cast from slipping down the staits, walk with a cane 2knee braces
