They where most efficient than all business they got us approved for two transactions in lest than four months. If you go through this company ask for Joe he is the business.He get the job done. On my mama.

Really, I am only giving Seneca One 5 Stars because of the Senior Account Specialist that I have worked with, William Pettit. Mr. Pettit's work ethic is impeccable. My experience during my transaction was seamless. If I had any question, Mr. Pettit was there to answer, he truly went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was taken care of. There were many companies vying for my business as a stucture settlement holder, but I choose Seneca One specifically because of the quality of customer service that I received from Mr. Pettit. So 5 stars it is for Seneca One...To the higher ups: you can thank Mr. Pettit!!! Matter of fact I think you should take him out for coffee!

This company is lowkey, which is good & they actually throw good numbers at you to help you out with whatever life is throwing at you...definitely recommend if you re shopping around for your settlement or etc. Everett was the man for my situation, great with advances & customer service

As a structured settlement holder I get countless phone calls from companies competing for my business. Hands down Seneca One has been the best experience I've had so far. Mr. Pettit has went above and beyond anything I could have asked or expected. Any questions or concerns have been addressed quickly and efficiently. He has absolutely made this process seamless. This is my first time working with Seneca and I can say with certainty I wish I would have known about them sooner. I had plenty of hesitations after working with other companies, such as J.G Wentworth, but after one phone call with William I knew I made the right choice. Seneca One is one of the best companies I have ever had the chance to work with. I have done several transactions with. They are very helpful and quick. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They have great prices also.

Completely fraudulent business. I do not own a structured settlement yet somehow they have managed to call my siblings, parents, in laws, and even my grandparent-in-laws informing them that I have a structured settlement and proceeding to ask them for my personal information.

Beware! These people are bottom feeders. They continue to hound me and my daughter-in-law about turning over a structured settlement so they can "help" us. These harassing calls are unsolicited and persist despite me telling them to remove us from their calling list. The people in this company are unprofessional and unethical at best. Avoid them!

Seneca one is a great company that helped me in the past to get closer to my financial goals. I would recommend.

They are horrid,maybe this is why they are going out of business according to DRB CAPITAL who funds these roaches sometimes. Please take your business elsewhere,they will steal your identity and information over a $25 check and then tell you to get a lawyer...none of them will have a job soon,that is the real pleasure!

Overall I have to say they definitely pulled thru and went through some leaps and bounds for me! Especially close to xmas! Things for tbs most part were great, so great that my husband decided to do a deal with them. I can't say the same for him:(
The 5K right away nonexistent! Yes they gave him a signing bonus great! But we are in a situation where see need funds NOW and the nickle and diming is not helping in an emergency situation.
So don't believe everything there web page has to offer, be patient it's not there emergency. Overall there are definitely one of the better companies out there!

My experience was so smooth and stress free with Eric Johnson. Mr Johnson always went above and beyond and got us the best deal possible, he exceeded all my expectation. Also educated me on tax deferred investments. We have been dealing with Eric for a year and a half, and he still answers his phone every time I call. He continues to check on me and my investments periodically to make sure everything is good and going smoothly. I highly recommend doing business with Seneca One and especially Eric Johnson.

Great company, I personally have done 4 transactions with them and have not had one bad experience . Brendan Hill went above and beyond each and every time for me , and always was right on point . They also gave the best rates every single time and your more than just a number there they actually care about their clients and customers. I was in a bad spot several times and Brendan always was right there to help even when he didn t have to at all . I strongly suggest you give them a chance before you use one of the bigger companies that have those ridiculous annoying commercials on tv , because I also used JG wentworth once before I knew about Seneca one and they were horrible they lied constantly took forever to do anything and didn t give me half of the money I would have got had I known about Seneca one and went through them I suppose they need to rip their customers off to pay for those annoying commercials. These people keep calling me ON MY CELL and not leaving any messages. I do not have any kind of structured settlement and can only assume they're trying to reach a friend of mine who does!!! This number does not belong to that person.....only me and we live in different states! Looking to see who I can file a complaint with!

My experience with this company was a nightmare!. I Went to court got approved by the judge to get my annuity early from this company. After you get approved the company is suppose to fund you right away. I know because I have gone through a different company before this. I had to wait almost 2 months to get my money from Seneca One because they forgot to have a paper signed from my insurance company acknowledging that they would get there money. They are liars the guy I was working with through all of this was rude he never answered my call's I would try to get a hold of him all day and he would never return my call's. He would send me a message saying he would call me and never did, So I would call his office and people in his office would lie for him and tell me he was on the phone and that he would have to call me back. When we did talk, He would argue with me and talk to me with attitude. This company is very unprofessional I strongly advise anyone who is looking to sell an annuity not to go through this company, because you will not be treated with rerespect. If you would like a good reference Olive branch funding is a good company. They always got the job done right and funded me right away with no problem's everytime, I did 3 transactions with this company and they always came through for me right away.
