It's very complicated building with two storeys unit all join together as one, if to find a certain unit. Need to go through one of the unit in order to reach the others.

Appearance is not attractive.Parking charges are certainly high with almost no grace period!However there are good businesses there with friendly staff.The interior isn t that good either...

This buildibg have number of car repair and car dealer shops.

Worked here for more than 5 years. The place has been badly maintained. Rats dropping in lift areas and stairways upkept. Worst were the lifts broken down so often and the rescue was terrible. Corresponded with MSCT seemed not interest to handle it rightly.

Carpark charges on a higher side in this type of industrial building.

Ridiculous building management. So many industrial businesses which require loading and unloading yet grace period only 10mins. Never mind, on the 11th minute the charges is automatically 1h s charge which is $1.40, above standard rates. Avoid at all costs. Management needs to change

Bewared of the car park charges is ridiculous, seems like no grace period,
went in for 10-15 mins been charged for $1.40, unlike others industrial park will give at least half an hour or an hour grace period. Poor building management!!! will try not to come here again!

Building management has many ongoing struggles that s why possibly slow.
Has a good food area, best feature perhaps, delicious food.
Going in and out is easy, but, going up and down is a big mess. There s only 1st, 3rd and 5th levels above. Take note there s NO actual 2nd or 4th floor, they are inside the offices, you can t get to them using main ramp. Levels 2nd, 4th and 6th are actually inside the offices.
When you ramp up you get to 3rd and ramp up again to get to 5th level, can drive/ride up.
There re units in outer lanes as well as in middle lane. So you may have to take a whole round to get to yours. Happy driving/riding.

Place can be confusing. There are 2 buildings and some things are on different buildings, make sure u check with the place that you are going before going there for convenience.

Industrial area, just come in 10 to 15 min parking charge 2.40. as expensive as cbd area, after 5pm more expensive...
