Great experience with very friendly staff at the Honda dealer. The Kia guys were awesome too even though we went with a Honda.

Zero stars. My husband and I went in to look at a new commuter car for him. The sales person immediately took us to an expensive used sports car, not practical for high miles, and did not explain there was no buyer's remorse. My husband is responsible for his decisions. The salesperson is responsible for creating a high pressure situation and not being completely honest. My husband regretted the purchase by morning, and then found out he could not return the car. Now I'm looking for a new car, and I'm working with a dealer I trust.

Good cars but there car services take to long there workers at services they take to long to work on your car been here 2h and 30min

Our experience at Selma Auto Mall was exceptional! We were interested in a truck they advertised online and when we arrived the truck was parked out front and Anthony G. was immediately available for a test drive. My wife and I both test drove the truck. It was what we were looking for and we were very interested. We had a few minor issues with the truck and they immediately worked out a plan to fix those issues. Anthony and whole gang answered all our questions and were very interested in the making a fair deal on both sides. We ended up buying the truck and are very satisfied! I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of Anthony G. and the whole crew. We felt from top to bottom that everyone at the dealership was involved with making our experience great! Thank you!

Great salesman by the name of Thomas. If you're looking for a car this is the place.

Whatever you do not buy a car or extended warranty here, they will push you into any vehicle they can and the warranty is AWFUL. You can only have it serviced at their shop and even when you make an appointment with them to have it serviced they tell you they don t know if they will be able to get to it that day after you drop it off. Why make an appointment then!? The warranty takes days to approve any claim leaving you without a vehicle even if it was drivable prior to dropping it off and only covers 3 days of rental, if they order the wrong part and you have to extend the rental you re just sol because it ll be on you. No accountability or care about their customers or the time they waste just the $$$. We re in the market for a new vehicle since ours is almost paid off and I definitely won t be using Selma Auto Mall!
