My friend stays there very nice people an staff very very clean I was very impressed with this place

My husband almost lost his life at this place. I wouldn't take my pet hamster to their facility. It's the most awful place we have ever experienced. We saw several bodies carried out during his short stay there. After our experience, it's our believe those deaths were probably preventable. TERRIBLE FACILITY. I hate that I had to give them one star, but it would not let me proceed without giving a star.

My mother has been here for over a month, and this place is phenomenal. It's always very clean, doesn't smell like a typical medical facility. The staff is very accommodating and genuinely concerned for their patients, and it is a great place for visiting with children. A few outdoor courtyards, patios, and then indoor sunrooms or sitting areas that make visits very enjoyable. I'm sure everyone says this but we also love their finch aviary! We always took a minute to look at the beautiful birds as we passed, and I know my mom really enjoyed watching them in her downtime. They had regular activities scheduled each day and the food is not bad for facility food. Won't give it five stars because they weren't always the quickest to attend to her needs. It seemed like they were constantly understaffed, or at least slow to respond to the call buttons because of other obligations.

This place is a nightmare! My grandmother is in here for rehab for a broken hip. She's been placed in the trach unit because "there's no beds in the rehab part!" In which there are several beds available in the rehab unit! Was told that they were out of jello and Popsicles also "this is not a hospital." She was left on the bedpan for 45 minutes with a broken hip ; yes I purposely timed it to see how long it would take the workers to come get her off the bed pan. She has indentation marks on her bottom and is very raw now.
I personally did CNA clinicals here years ago and while i was putting away the water pitcher's I saw they were on a big tray in dirty water to dry, needless to say that was enough for me. I walked out and didn't return. No wonder there's so many lawsuits against nursing /rehab facilities. And to be told they are out of jello and Popsicles.... I'm sorry but you have people who live here. How can you be out of stuff!? I call BS on being out of both. I call that laziness #1!!!!
Highly disappointed with this horrid place!!! And my grandmother will be transferred to another facility!!!

This is one of the cleanest and friendliest facilities i have ever been in. Its clean and well organized and the people tend to do their best to help and accommodate patients an family.

Kindred is awful . They treat their trainees horribly. I can't even imagine how they treat he patients. I've heard bad things about Kindred. I didn't want my mother to work there but she insisted. My mother as a trainee has worked there. She quit cause she took care of about 20 patients each day for 6 days. They gave her an awful schedule, they didn't send her a check, and they put her as "job abandonment"
Even though that day she told them that she was quitting, she still went ahead to did her shift. I'm not letting them to do this to her. We're going to be talking to some very important people about this matter

My father was in this facility for over 1 year. I found the staff to helpful & caring, and trust me my father was not the easy patient. The facility was clean, the physical therapy was excellent, and when my father passed away the nursing staff helped me pack his things, and they told me nothing but wonderful stories about him.

My husband was here for eight days. At least twice he was left without a diaper and laying in his own feces for over an hour. This caused a huge sore on his backside which in turn caused septic shock. When they were asked to take his temperature it took them over 45 minutes to find a themometer and his temperature was 104.9 and he was in septic shock and had to be transfered back to the hospital and was in ICU for over a week.
