I had my glasses sent and was glad they came in quick but I ordered a purple tint and they sent a tint but couldn t see what it was there was a tint but not really looked clear but when put on a white paper was slightly shaded I took them back in and were sent back to be tinted now it s three weeks I think they lost them and will not answer calls!
Love this lab. Have been using it for years. They always take care of me!
I got my lenses through erie optical. They use this lab for my insurance. I got the crizal coating. The lenses came back with finger prints and marks under the coating that could not be removed. They also did not provide a registration card (proof) that crizal was used.They did not give me a cleaning cloth that was also suppose to come with the extra cost of the crizal. My lenses now have to be remade and I'm very disappointed.
The worst service ever to make a long story short I've bee waiting 5 weeks for my safety glasses looks like it'll be another week I will sure let my coordinater at work know about this and hopefully they change labs

Worst lens lab we deal with by far. Never answer the phone, orders are dropped constantly. We only use them for one insurance, and even the few instances we do use them, we have nonstop problems. Just terrible customer service, terrible workmanship. The only only employee that is helpful there is Shelly.
