The employees are not very friendly, the customer service of this day was like I spoke another language that did not make me understand

They do not answer I have a perch and none of the numbers answer will be that I have to wait after the holidays

They merely watch out for their own interests, leaving the insured in the air. I have cases awaiting approval for up to 2 weeks that ended up being not approved, while I could have resolved the damages by my means. I give you one, because you can't give Zero. Totally inefficient, they promise things that they don't fulfill (not even a simple call can return, despite having offered it), totally pessimistic service.
