If you need quick cash this is the place they are clean and friendly

They don t value your time. They don t give out basic information such as how long the study will be ( 5 months? 5 years?) and how often I would have to come in. They said you won t find out these details until you come in for a screening. You re expected to give up at least 1 day so they can do blood work, ask medical questions etc for NO PAY.

Great place to work if you like being valued as an employee and treated like family. Segal Trials has been completing clinical drug trials since 1998. I've personally seen their commitment to exceptional and quality work emphasizing on psychiatry, neurology, addiction, insomnia and women's health studies. Over 20 years of experience and they are still going strong, even through challenging times.

Dr. Segal needs to read the reviews for his Compass Healthcare Systems practices which he is president of according to their website. Every single office is completely mismanaged and it is impossible for vulnerable mental healthcare patients to receive the proper treatment they so desperately need!! Shame on him for not taking care of these patients!! There are nine locations in the US and each one has an overall google rating of 1.5 stars and hundreds of patient complaints going back for years!!! Compass Healthcare Systems should be shut down PERIOD!!!

Every time I've gone to Segal Trials I've always had a great experience. I love how friendly the staff is and how knowledgeable they are in their craft. One of their screening specialists named Omar has been so nice to me and he definitely made the process easier by going through every step with me. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

Stay far away from this place! They had me scheduled for two studies at this location. I live an hour driving from there, and I don't drive. I had to take the bus for two and a half hours for a 9am and 10am appointment, only to be told WHEN I GOT THERE that my first appointment was cancelled, and I couldn't do the other one due to a private manner that they neglected to warn me of prior. They referred me to a different study that was taking place on a different floor, and they turned me away too. I had previously been evaluated for a particular study at the Miami lakes location, and the studies I was trying to get into were in the same category, however they used that same evaluation for EVERY STUDY in that category. Most of these studies weren't even available. Don't advertise for studies you don't have! I asked them why I couldn't do those and they refused give me a straight answer. I asked if they would at least compensate me for my travel time, and they told me it wasn't their problem. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of time.

I had a great experience with Segal Trials. Their call center representative was knowledgeable and I appreciated the offer of free transportation even though I didn t need it. When I got to the North Miami clinic, the receptionist was welcoming. My wait wasn t too long and the study doctor and her associates were obviously experienced as I was screened. I d recommend the clinic to my friends.

I love Segal Institute and they have been taking good care of me since 2018 and the picnics they sponsor are the best. Last year I won two gift cards for dancing.

total garbage - they try to give me the answers to study questions that i know are for my safety - then say they will mail me payment. i wanted the covid vaccine study - they cannot help. Stay away.

Transportation was nice&on time.The nurses were great.
