Sedona staffing Review

Always have found me great assignments, they seem to really care about making both the client and employee happy, they've been a tremendous help with any work related issues I may have, not your typical agency.

Incredibly judgemental staff. In repsonse to severe pregnancy symptoms interrupting scheduling, they proceeded to hang up on my call, talking over me and my next available options with the company. In addition to this, some of their staff belittles their clients.

So disappointed they have me waiting on interview 4 days now don't need interview , need work. But sterilite is advertising and other places through sedona just totally disappointed feel like total waste of time.

They were tremendous, helping us secure an employee within a month, at a solid rate. Top notch company.

Employees rush through you. My account manager hardly looked at me during my entire assessment and seemed very stressed out and acted as if she didn't want to be there at all. The services as a staffing agency are wonderful for people trying to find jobs however.

I love Sedona they sent me on a clerical assignment at the Arsenal and I ended up getting hired as a permanent full-time employee. The staff was always nice to me and answered any questions I had. What I thought was really cool is they had known for awhile that the company wanted to hire me but kept it a secret until the head supervisor came and got me from my desk, I'm looking at a supervisor from Sedona like hey! This lady said she wants to hire me today lol!! Sedona supervisors were like "Shawn we've known the whole time congrats you deserve it now hurry and go" before we change our minds and keep you" lol!!. I had tears in my eyes I couldn't believe it, I hugged all the Sedona supervisors and thanked them. The rest was history the Arsenal is an amazing place to work.

Staf has no customer service, very rude and if I could I would give this a 0 star. They will tell tout they call you for jobs never call you, then when u do call they say you have to call in everyday. And will Pull up the time that u called in checked in, but not call that u called to talk to someone. For in fact when u do talk to someone they inform you that u would get a call from them if they re any at this time but they never do. Just not a company to be with

Sedona is a Great establishment. Between Sedona Group, Sedona Tech and Sedona Technology Government Services they have employment covered in the Quad Cities.

Great establishment. Highly recommend if you are searching for any type of employment. I heard they are hiring for that new Sterilite facility in Davenport, so go there if you have any aspirations of working for Sterilite. But, they probably have a job perfect for you no matter what. Great staff also.

Place is a joke .. I am a remission cancer patient. I wanted stay away from health care I'm a CNA... went here. Never offer a job kept calling like I'm suppose to. Dont go this place it's a joke. They are fake and dont care. You're .wasting your time and everything else. Dont go

Better off on your own. I'd give negative stars if I could.

Staffing agency. Can be helpful. Has low paying jobs or jobs that take degrees both.

You come in and it's all smiles. Wasted my time filling out an application. Told to check in the next week when they told me I wasn't qualified for a position that I had years of experience in. After that there was a lot of attitude from them so I quit trying. Not feeling like my SSN is safe with them

It's been 6 weeks. First i was told to keep checking in. Then they got an attitude when i started calling Twice a week. Two of my friends said they had just gotten positions after christmas. Not sure what their issue is.
