Absolutely everything that I hear about this company is that it's a great place to work at and that they really care about their employees. If you happen to be good with people and know your way around customer support and are looking for a job hit them up!

I was a subscriber for several years, really liked them. I moved without remembering I used my former work email to subscribe for my home account. When I discovered I was no longer getting Internet protection, I called them to correct the situation as apparently I had not been getting protection for over a month. I gave them my new home address, updated credit card info AND THEN THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 1 to 2 Business days before they would reactivate my account. I was dumbfounded. I asked to speak to a supervisor who told me the same thing, even after acknowledging that if I was a new customer they would activate me immediately. I then left a message for his supervisor. Never heard back from Don (the supervisor). If I ever get the time, I will write even more detail about their VERY unwise decision to hide behind policy and how I hope these guys go out of business for such obvious ignorance on how to treat a loyal and long-term customer. The most amazing thing was when I asked if we brought in a third party to hear both sides, whose side would they take, it didn't even phase him at all. Quite astounding. The thing I regret the most is that I actually tried to get my company to resell their service several years ago when I first signed up. They do not deserve to succeed when making such an obvious bad policy decision. My advice is to use Opendns (free), and get a free malware program to scan your computer once a month. Don't pay these guys for incompetence.

One of my favorite jobs I've had (out of 20 or so)! Leadership is very humble, and all of the changes they've made in the past 9 months I've been here have been for the better, so the company is only improving. Environment is very comfortable. Supervisors and coworkers are kind. Benefits are great. If you're looking for a tech support job, I can't imagine it getting much better than this!

This company is unhelpful, disregarding, and if they cannot fix your issue, they will pass the buck and blame the problem on the hardware. My hardware is brand new, and has no issues. I spoke to Supervisor Jesse, and he was absolutely useless. There is NO ACCOUNTABILITY at this company. NONE! They just try to get you to PAY for a FEE based Plan. STAY AWAY, SCAM!

I worked here for 4 years. This review is directed toward the product support with SC and not the cable, internet, or phone support. There is a lot of caring and nice people here either way. Think your calling spectrum, comcast, ATT or some other provider & get passed around to a bunch of people who can't help? Look no further, this is the place you got scammed into service with! I do not suggest working for or doing business with this company. They have several issues with the billing system and accounts. They have several issues with their products and most of the time they just reinstall to fix them. A lot of times that doesn't fix it so after wasting a half hour of your time, they have to have someone call you back.. So days later when that person calls you back even then there is no guarantee they can fix their products and have to "put you on a list" to call back and no time given. This company does the most SHADY deals and they don't seem to care how it looks on them or how it affects their techs, they just want money. Say you sell someone a repair for $99 and spend 2 hours fixing someones issue, you only get $3-$6 MAX. They lose a lot of tenured techs and move on to the next. I could go on and on, if you made it this far through the review thanks for reading.

Great first job, a lot done well and great team of coworkers, but pretty serious training issues as well as no incentive to stay with the company due to lack of promotions; and its easy to lose motivation after a year or two of the exact same thing. Would still recommend regardless due to its starting pay and friendly atmosphere.

Never felt right to charge customers for using programs we had no commercial licenses to use. Flexible hours, friendly coworkers, but felt like no one knew what was going on. Not much of a clear concise business mission or goal which could be felt throughout the employee structure.

The training here wasn t long enough to know all the systems. Only four days before they put me on the phone to work with customers. I let them know I wasn t comfortable enough to get on the phone and their response Fake it to you make it . The only reason people like working here in my opinion, They don t make you actually know the systems to help the customers and it is 70 different companies they answer calls for. I would ask for help and get attitude from the trainers. I wasn t there long because I was told I was rude to a customer. When I asked to hear the call they refused. I honestly wasn t planning on working there for long so they kinda did me a big favor by letting me go early. I am used to having enough training before putting you on the phones. In my opinion don t waste your time here at all!

Company knowingly steals from people who are unknowingly signed up for their TSS program. People don't know that their credit cards are being charged and the company uses this against them.
