A bad experience in upgrading an already installed security system from them. They have only 1 technician, who goes everywhere and if he is sick or off duty the schedule goes up side down. We had an appointment which was cancelled due to sick technician and then had a new date, then had another but Mr Technician didn't turn up. Mr Technician did turn up on that date which was already cancelled. I am not sure how would they mange monitoring issues with only 1 technician?. Have NO communication system with the customers. Once the appointment was booked, there are no reminders. The booking manager is always busy and not available. I took a day off for the first appointment and had a phone call in the morning at 8.30 am that technician was sick. What a shame?
