A bad experience in upgrading an already installed...

A bad experience in upgrading an already installed security system from them. They have only 1 technician, who goes everywhere and if he is sick or off duty the schedule goes up side down. We had an appointment which was cancelled due to sick technician and then had a new date, then had another but Mr Technician didn't turn up. Mr Technician did turn up on that date which was already cancelled. I am not sure how would they mange monitoring issues with only 1 technician?. Have NO communication system with the customers. Once the appointment was booked, there are no reminders. The booking manager is always busy and not available. I took a day off for the first appointment and had a phone call in the morning at 8.30 am that technician was sick. What a shame?

I am sorry, I ever agreed to sign them as my security provider. the service is very average if everything is fine. It is a nightmare if you need something fixed or when you are leaving. My initial interaction was when they stuffed up the bills and were invoicing me for months, but not monitoring. They then had to replace the sim card so their systems could communicate to my alarm two years after the initial contract and through that they had apparently signed me up for another 3 years even though the contract terms doesn't state that changing sim card will constitute a new three year term, so I have just paid a large bill for the next 5 quarters plus decommissioning costs in order to cancel my services even though I have been their customer for since 2014.

Pretty poor customer experience. Went into store on 30th December inquiring about an alarm, left my details ad I was told someone would call on 31th.Sent emails with no reply. Called back 5 days later sales on holidays.

This isn't just a security company, it's a technology company. The systems they provide are state of the art, cutting edge - with easily the most experienced alarm technicians in the state, if not the entire Country. Having spoken with their 24/7 monitoring staff over the phone; they are clearly competent and experienced. Security1 is in a different league. 5 stars.

Recently purchased a property with a Security Syst...

Recently purchased a property with a Security System monitored by S1 installed. After indicating we did not want further back to base monitoring, we were advised the system could be left on premises and used 'in house'. A technician came and disabled the back to base monitoring, which resulted in the system beeping all night every night since. When contacting the company to discuss, I was advised to contact the previous owners for the code (which had already been changed by their technician) and offered to fix the issue by either signing up for monitoring or disabling the system by disarming the main power.
There was no attempt to rectify what appeared to be an issue created by their technician, and now we are left to dismantle a useless security system and patch our home.
The lady on the phone did not appear at all to want to sort out the error that appeared to be created by her own company.

Doesn't even deserve a star. They are suppose to guard Valonia at 17 Dooring Street in Braddon and the community has has SOOOO many break ins. My car was stolen. My gfs was broken into. Disgusting excuse for a company. Get someone to watch the cameras you donkeys. It is a weekly thing. This is Canberra not the Congo.
