Being a coin collector it is sad to see the state of affairs. I had ordered a readily available coin from Kolkata Mint in the month of March. I do understand there was a lock down and things are slow moving. considering now it end of September and after calling multiple time i get a response saying it will take 6 more months. Not sure why , They also told me that the paper work is done and it just a matter of shipping. I did reach out to Delhi Customer officer who assured me he will take a look and expedite the process but have not heard anything. Very disappointed
