I ve worked for several security companies over the years and Security Management has by far been the best company I worked for. They don t treat you like a number you are family here. Great company and I m not just saying that. Check it out for yourself if you don t believe me.
Great experience so far. Been here 6 weeks, got my sled card and was able to switch to the day shift because of a transfer. Very professional manager that handles his troops well and is open to realistic suggestions. Relaxed work environment, as long as it stays professional. Occasionally, when he fills in on a post it may take a little time to respond, but that is to be expected. Over all a five star experience!!!
I ve worked here for 3+ years and it s a family atmosphere. The family is as strong as its weakest link. So the company try s to invite other people who wants to be part of the family and not just receive a paycheck! The company rewards officers on being professional and doing a great job. Great place to work!
I have worked in the Security Industry for over 20 years doing both private and Corrections. I must say that I am very pleased with how within the two and a years that I have been with this company I have been promoted twice due to my work performance and acknowledgement from the Property Manager and Operations Managers.
I love the fact that the CEO of the company knows you by face and name as an Officer and not just his management staff.

From the day I first met with Mr. Mallon and Mr. Harrison in the Operations Division they have remained the same from day one in December 2018, I am very happy to have them on our team.
Do not work here !! Management don t care about employees. The most good reviews they do have on here is management there trying to recruit people to come on aboard but please do not work here they have a huge turnover rate employees quit in weeks because unprofessional behavior from management.
Positive:. I have been working with this company for over 16years and it's one of the best company to work for in SC. This is company is like family to me and I wouldn't trade them in for the world. The Management Team is great and the company really cares about their employees.
Every job has it's challenges so if you give up easy then stop working but i have enjoyed and have been blessed working here. You can work your way up and make some good money. Put your time in and you'll get the reward.
