I have a Secure Smart Meter for which I needed some operating advice. I telephoned the company but they refused any help, directing me to a third party instead. Why cannot a manufacturer of a product offer the basics of customer support? Very poor company - arrogant regard to it's consumers.
Called in with a question about my meter. The technical team were very helpful. They could not answer my question fully, explained that they can only give some information as the meters were actually owned and operated by the energy companies. This being the case I would need to contact them to answer my question fully.
