Horrendous company it s appalling there s no work, rude staff, don t pay you till they feel like paying you so don t expect a regular wage . worst I ve ever known

Ive not long been with secure healthcare solutions,and already been selected as employee of the month.i have had care homes requesting me to go back to them,i am enjoying working for this agency as you have the flexibility to work as and when you can.i am hoping to be with thrm for a very long time

I have been working for Secure Healthcare Solutions since September of last year and I can honestly say they are the best agency to work for. I have had a lot of support especially from Megan and the rest of the team due to me having problems with my back and shoulder so I can only work in certain fields which is mainly support work and it suits me fine as I am able to cope with that. They do listen and they are quick to support you. Also the app is fantastic as you are able to put down your availability and what shifts you are able to do which helps and it can also fits around family commitments. So If anyone out there are thinking of joining Secure Healthcare just do it...you won t be disappointed.

Having been working with Secure Healthcare as a Registered Nurse since last year 2018, I must say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made in life. The staff are very welcoming and at the same time very professional in their approach. They are also very understanding and try their best to meet your needs in provide suitable working environment tailored to your level of skills and experience.
What I really enjoy about working for Secure Healthcare Solutions is the app that is provided on my phone which allows me to select the shifts I want to work without having to phone the office every month to tell them availability etc.
I will definitely continue to refer individuals to sign up with this agency as I see them as the best nursing agency in the West Midlands to date.

Spoke to Layla through my recruitment process, she is lovely and helped get me set up as soon as possible, started work straight away. The only down side is the office are clearly young girls who just dont have a clue sometimes and can be quite frustrating when trying to ask questions that cant even be answered. Or having to phone the office for the same question multiple times a week.

Amazing company & I feel privileged to be part of the team.Staff are all extremely friendly & the manager Lyndsay is always approachable & understanding when it comes to fitting in family/children with work schedule.
The company have a strong support system in place and always go that extra mile for staff & individuals with all forms of healthcare needs which makes my job enjoyable rather than feeling like a choir.

Horrible , racist , not a 5 star agency AT ALL. It deserves a minus 5 star and a lot of the staff definitely need to be sacked including managers . MEGAN who is a main problem tells lies , Jade who is the alleged service manager who is also a compulsive liar . And a agency that never had work .They don t like to pay you wages and send pay slip and till the review I still haven t received it. I was welcomed by a level gentlemen called Justin who had lefty shortly before myself who was a staff but makes sense why he left . And glad I did to.

I use the agency to provide temporary staffing solutions to my care home and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I receive. The in house office team are responsive, friendly and professional; they send out registered nurses and healthcare assistants that are kind, respectful and good at their job. Always the place we call in case of any emergencies.

Secure healthcare are a pleasant company to work for. They do thier best to get you into a role most suited to your skills. The recruitment process was simple and very quick, which made for starting shift taking easy. The app works well too, whereby you get availabilites and details through, to keep you informed at every point.

Worst experience with this agency.. they registered me then i tried calling them so many times and email them so many times but didnt get back to me... totally diappointing and wastage of time...

I have been with secure for the past six months and have been very happy staff are nice and good to me. Always get the shifts and hours I want. I have been working with Secure healthcare Solutions for just over a year now and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the journey I have had with them. With the guidance of the Service Manager Paris and the office manager Jade I have been able to excel pass my expectations within recruitment. I have been working as a support worker with them for over 6 months now and had a great experience. I always have lots of shifts coming through to my app for me too choose from, they always make sure I'm fully booked when I'm available. Cannot recommend enough! :)

Secure Healthcare definately deserve a 5 star review. They have done nothing but help me with finding temporary work to fit around my family life. As a nurse who is a single mother of 3 I need flexibility and they certainly offer this. Thank you to the team

I work as a nurse at the hospitals for Secure Healthcare and have never had so many shifts. Jordan has listened to my preferred wards and taken into consideration all of the skills I have gained over the years and manages to place me right every time. Getting signed up was very simple using the app they have and the office staff were always attentive if i got stuck. Highly recommend and thank you Jordan!

Secure Healthcare Solutions is a highly reputable company. The office staff are extremely polite and helpful and managed to get me out to work within 24 hours of me giving them a call. Since I started working with them I have had nothing but continued support and lots of shifts! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for agency work!

I've worked for secure healthcare for 8 months and I've never had any issues with the the company. I only joined to get extra work but being honest I get full time hours plus over time every week with them so I've never struggled for work, but being very flexible and reliable does help with this. They're a good agency to work for, the only down side is that you're self employed so you lose a chunk of your wages every week to pay for a payroll company to do your wages.

I am currently in the process of signing up with the agency and have been speaking to Louise. She has been very accommodating and helpful Louise has also got me logged into an app which lets me do everything from my own home. Look forward to working with Secure, pay rates look good too!

Brilliant agency which offers 24/7 around the clock support! The staff and their clients are lovely. I have worked for many agencies previously and left them. Secure offers me Security doing a job I am greatly appreciated doing! Great company

Hi ive been with secure for 3 years and 4 months and i love it i love being a care assistant and the company i work for r great robbie steeles a good manager layla meghsn lisa paris all amazing when i cant do a shift its always no problem not ever accusing of lack of interest si u r a great team and long may i be able to care for people u care for i enjoy and appreciate any shifts that come my way thankyou again x vivienne wyke

i first worked for secure healthcare solutions in 2017 and still pick odd shifts up now as a nurse i never have problems with picking shifts up when i am available to do this the office staff manage to find me something. with working full time i cant always pick shifts up but when i do have availability Paris manages to find me shifts upon calling and giving my availability it may not be right away but she will always go above and beyond to help.
when iv had issues logging in on the app and on to training jade has always been on hand to ensure this is resolved straight away . i have recommended a few nurses and they dont seem to have any issues either.
Great agency to work for would happily work for them full time when i decide to leave my perm job :)

When I first joined the company it was really great, but now I just don t know. When I first got referred to the company I had the best support from Justin from recruitment. He really did a great job during the application process and I was so excited to start.

Great company when I ve had a few shifts with them.
Only issue I have had recently is that, everything is done through their app, which is cool...technology and all that! But all that technology is not so great when it doesn t work.
The app crashes, and I haven t been able to accept shifts through the app. You delete, re-download update your phone and when it works it picks the wrong shifts!
That s really been the frustrating thing coz when you call to find out if there are any shifts they tell you to check the app but the app doesn t work all that great
Some of their staff are really great and helpful and some could do better with their customer service on the phone. But apart from that I guess they are alright.
