I always have my Seat Leon serviced here and I am very satisfied. On the last turn, I indicated that my hazard light button was stuck and that the cover was loose over my detachable towbar and was made free of charge, what a service!

We had been coming here for years and had no problems before. Now the car for the MOT and a major overhaul. Invoice: approximately 1000 euros. On the way back it turned out that the operation of the windows no longer worked; never had any problems with it before. Called the garage, response: we can look at it in 2 weeks. When returning the car, we were asked to sign a quote of approximately 150 euros. Indicated on this that we found this strange, since it is remarkable that we never had problems with the windows for a second and after the maintenance we did (would not working windows even be APK rejection?) The response to this was: yes that is possible, it will break anyway. Of course that is possible, but felt remarkable and the way Mark (?) Spoke to us came across as very rude. Then I lost the car for 2 days, and had to call myself several times to ask about the status. First the answer was: Mark will call back later. Then the answer was: Mark has a long weekend, you can pick up the car and will be called about the invoice. Finally received the bill of 500 euros today without notice. Very bad service, we will not come here again.

Addition: in the meantime called back and just had a word, where they thought about a solution. So the original 1 changed to a 3. Too bad it did not run smoothly in advance, but nice that it was just picked up later!

Recently ordered new Seat Ibiza. It turned out that the ordered color / options would no longer be available at the time of production. Thanks to Remo I found a suitable stock car with all the specifications I wanted + some extra options, but for the same price. Absolutely great :)

A few months ago I came here for a problem with my car. Because it was no longer freezing then I was told to come back later. Now it starts to freeze and I went back again. My car now also indicates that maintenance must be carried out. SEAT now says that I first have to have them serviced so that they can then see if my problem is covered by the warranty. Very unfortunate and strange that they try to lubricate a maintenance service in this way.

Very bad experience. Came for a trifle (cover broken) but was turned away in a very arrogant way. First a deep sigh and then immediately a tune "must be ordered, takes a while, must be sprayed". He didn't even look, he sighed loud and clear. Customers are noticeably especially difficult for them, apparently the money is coming in anyway. NEVER go there again, never !!
