We had been coming here for years and had no problems before. Now the car for the MOT and a major overhaul. Invoice: approximately 1000 euros. On the way back it turned out that the operation of the windows no longer worked; never had any problems with it before. Called the garage, response: we can look at it in 2 weeks. When returning the car, we were asked to sign a quote of approximately 150 euros. Indicated on this that we found this strange, since it is remarkable that we never had problems with the windows for a second and after the maintenance we did (would not working windows even be APK rejection?) The response to this was: yes that is possible, it will break anyway. Of course that is possible, but felt remarkable and the way Mark (?) Spoke to us came across as very rude. Then I lost the car for 2 days, and had to call myself several times to ask about the status. First the answer was: Mark will call back later. Then the answer was: Mark has a long weekend, you can pick up the car and will be called about the invoice. Finally received the bill of 500 euros today without notice. Very bad service, we will not come here again.
Addition: in the meantime called back and just had a word, where they thought about a solution. So the original 1 changed to a 3. Too bad it did not run smoothly in advance, but nice that it was just picked up later!
