If you want a tree and topographic survey completed quickly do not use this company. I was told November 1st the time line to complete the survey would be 3 weeks and they would send me an invoice. 3 weeks later it isn't completed. I sent 2 emails requesting for the date it would be completed and was told I would be notified as soon as possible. Going onto 6 weeks after I first contacted them and still no email or invoice or survey. I'm extremely frustrated with this kind of customer service and feel like they weren't being honest with me. Will not recommend them to anyone!
