The aquarium was lots of fun. We did the behind the scenes tour with Alison and she seemed very knowledgeable. She was energetic and able to answer all of our questions about how the animals are treated here.

A very fun time with the family. My young kids were never bored. Prices are a bit high. Over $70 for 4 of us to get in and that was also with a coupon. If prices are going to be that high I feel more should be offered. With all that being said... It's worth going through at least once.

However, if you don't care about mermaids, don't go on a mermaid day. It's very difficult to navigate around the blockade of people waiting to see her. Kids especially liked the day tank and the walkway under the tanks.

This is a great place to take the family with some really cool attractions. The only issue is how crowded it can get and if you have kids, standing in lines is usually not their strong suit. Try to avoid going on days and times when you think many other parents will have the same idea unless you are willing to pay the cost of admission and proceed to stand in line for quite some time. But feeding the Ray's, seeing the sharks and sturgeon and other fish in the tunnel, and walking through the little rain forest is really cool and quite enjoyable for not just the little ones but the whole family.

This place used to be great! But for the price, they've really made it a lot smaller. Also, they allow so many ppl in at a time that it's a crowded walk! Really wish they would limit the number of ppl (even if that meant you had to buy tickets for a time slot) and brought back some of the attraction. Also. There were NO open bathrooms in the aquarium the day we were there. The women's was out of order and it's way at the end. In order to use a bathroom you had to leave and to re-enter you had to wait thru the whole attraction with all all all the people just to catch back to with your group. Thank goodness none of our kids had emergency bathroom breaks needed. I won't return which is a bummer because we used to come all the time.

Waste of money. Smaller than Shedd aquarium in Chicago or Newport in Lexington or any other actual aquarium but just as expensive. It says it's accessible but tiny hallways make it hard to move for an able bodied person let alone a wheelchair. The entire place is super dark. My daughter is visually impaired and cried the entire time because she couldn't see where she was. There is no info on the website saying that someone who is VI would need a guide and with the darkness and the tiny hallways a white cane wouldn't be enough to navigate this place safely. Inaccessible and overpriced.

The staff were friendly and helpfull. There are too many beautiful creatures to mention. There is a bit of a drawback if you have a small child in a wheelchair. My son's height in his wheelchair limited his view of some of the attractions. The staff did bring a couple of aneome around in a little container for him to pet. It is totally worth the money.

Magical experience! We've been here with kids aged between 4 & 14; everyone (including the adults) was awestruck & enthralled. There is enough educational opportunity to satisfy the older kids & adults without any "forced education" to bore the little ones. You feel up close & personal with the sea life. Highly recommended!

It s kind of expensive for what you get and it s always crowded. The addition is nice and adds a new point of interest. I miss the rays swimming over us in the underwater tunnel but it s still beautiful and a fun 20-30 minute walk through.

We went on a very busy day, but we had tons of fun! The underwater tunnel was so fun for our 3 year old daughter. Lots of different animals swimming literally inches from your face. Super cool!

A bit over priced and what most would call too crowded, ultimately a cool experience in an otherwise terrible mall. Getting to see sea critters up close was awesome, though there are plenty of little things they try to get you to buy - especially if you have kids.

My family loves this place! We had an annual pass last year and we made pretty good use of it. Sea Life has a rainforest exhibit, lots of underwater walkways, a project area that sometimes head activities, an area with thanks for smaller creatures, a jellyfish area, a ray pool and a tide pool (hands-on exhibit). They do a lot with conservation and wildlife rescue. At the start of the experience you can grab a 'passport' and collect stamps as you walk through, and at the desk near the end, you can trade your completed 'passport' for a badge - very fun for kids! They take your group's picture at the beginning and you can order them just before you reach the gift shop. The gift shop has surprisingly fair priced items, if you are looking for a souvenir, (other than the badge). You can buy food to feed the rays, too, if you want even more stuff to do. And at different times of the day you can see some animals live in the rainforest exhibit, and you can watch feedings, I believe, in the underwriter area at specific times. I definitely think this is fun for younger kids and families. If we get another Groupon for an annual pass, we will for sure purchase it again!!

It was fun. We took our 2 year old daughter. She loved it, but she loves fish. I thought it was worth what we spent. We also bought a picture of us and a "sea life" frame. The tour took us about 45 minutes.
