Nothing but love for these guys. I've never had a negative experience with any service they offer. To the occasional lower star reviewers, I would give it a second chance as that the employees here have to deal with all manner of unfavorable personalities. I've seen more than my share of people who walk in and expect a job to be handed to them without any legwork of their own. If you don't have a resume, cover letter, interpersonal skills or even a basic email, don't expect them to direct you toward a lucrative career. If you need help, they have classes directed at building those skills.

To the highly motivated and autodidactic job seeker, they will more than guide you in the right direction.

Cheers

I highly recommend going here if you need help with job assistance, resume building, cover letters, their roads to success program is awesome and informative

Lady at the front counter was very rude and obviously did not want to deal with me or answer my questions. Poor service by someone getting a government paycheck (although not unexpected considering its a government institution).
