I didn't visit the company, so I can't judge at all.

Except for failing to schedule, every time things work. You will receive an email with a delivery estimate. However, this time is not even indicative and the car may arrive 12-24h later.

Inferior service in internal offices. The service at the gate was good.

We were picking up a car from that office. From the gate was directed to the right place inside the building. When we got into the office space, we didn t get any attention from anyone. I had to ask 4 different people about the car, and no one was interested in serving. It was more comfortable to stare at things like skiing and rapping, and to call on the phones while serving customers. When we finally found out and got to the yard from the building, the service was good again. The question was answered at the gate and the person who brought the car treated it well.

A little on the side ... otherwise good service ...
