I have been working with SDI Media for 3 years and really enjoy my work environment and colleagues. It is great working for a company at the forefront of new media technologies, partnering with some of the biggest platforms and broadcasters in the world. I highly recommend applying for any available positions if you are someone who enjoys entertainment and technology.

SDI Pays very low Wages, High turnover rates, No respect for employee Paternity leave, 15 cent hourly raise after 2 years of work for them so leaving them was a pleasure. Now I make 3-4 times as much working at another company so I don't recommend SDI. FYI, while I was there, they made clients believe their material is safe but it is not. Employees DO have ways to copy unreleased movies if they wanted to, but SDI hides it. One time WB reps came to check out the facility to see if it was safe to bring their unreleased movie, and I remember we just hoped they didn't find the loopholes, they were close! My suggestion, learn to appreciate employees and respect the client.

Extremely low wages. Major lack of interpersonal skills. Lack of communication skills amongst the staff. Caught two staff members publicly groping each other. Very unprofessional. Virtually no appreciation for those who do work the long hours and ensure product delivery.

Fair would be pushing it. Both quality of their work as well as their customer service was mediocre. They have an attitude and come across as very righteous.
