Great customer service. Fantastic, tasty homemade food. I will be back when I am local again

This was my first visit, and I was not disappointed. The staff were lovely and very helpful, and even gave me a face mask on arrival as I had forgotten mine. We ordered off the breakfast menu and was very happy with the food. We also had cakes, which were delicious. Will definitely be returning.

We ordered sandwiches and a bowl of chips for lunch... The sandwich arrived and it was awful!! I had granary bread . smoked salmon & cream cheese. The bread was damp and slimy, the cream cheese was dry and hard, the salmon was thick!! and More

Fantastic food, well priced. Excellent sausages and sour dough bread. The staff were friendly and the place was very clean and has a nice small garden at the back you can sit in with umbrellas. Good selection of fresh cakes.

Excellent Covid secure methods in place and lovely food. My first visit but would definitely recommend and return.

I'm sad to have to give only two stars. I've been here so many times but this was the first time post-lockdown. I ordered my 'usual' of jacket potato with beans and cheese. Previously it always came with a little side salad and coleslaw. This time it was produced on it's own on a long narrow plate looking very lost and unapetising. Beans are so cheap but I don't think there were even two spoonfuls. I asked about the salad and the girl said "did you ask for it " no, as i'd presumed it would automatically come with it! I asked for another portion of beans but had finished it and before they arrived. Such a shame because this place was such a delight.

Met with some friends for breakfast. Lovely atmosphere, lovely decor and crockery! Coffees are served in large cups, tea in large pots! Delicious food a variety of cakes! Lovely, attentive service along with guidance and precautions in place to manage Covid.
We had small breakfast, frittatta, smoked salmon and eggs and some cakes, all were scrumptious!

Highly recommend but I think booking to avoid disappointment wouldn't be a bad idea for larger tables, it certainly was busy!

Really love this tea room! After failing to get anything from other coffee shops, we found this tea room and was very pleased! Great tasty vegan options too!! Cute interior, polite and friendly staff and lovely food. Would definitely recommend.

Menu including Vegan and Gluten Free options. Oat and Soya milk available. Cream teas can be booked.
