I've ordered many scrubs, and polo shirts with my name, belts, etc. Dennis does an amazing job on getting what I've ordered and the way I want them done. His associate employee is very nice and professional. I will continue bringing my business to him. Thank for a job WELL DONE...
New to wearing scrubs, and this place had tons! Great variety of sizes for me to try on. Easy to get to on my lunch break, also. All the pretty colors had me wanting to buy them all!

Just spent 20 minutes in the store walking around looking at scrubs. The only clerk in the store appeared to be on a personal phone call, and never acknowledged my presence. I had come to purchase five sets of scrubs and two jackets with monogramming.
Fairly new to wearing scrubs and this place had it all. They are the best in the area. Great variety of color and sizes for me to try on. Also the clerk she is always so helpful, professional and very polite every single time i call for absolutely anything or to receive any type of information on their scrubs. Will definitely continue purchasing my scrubs here.
I've been buying uniforms for 36 years and never have I been in a more disorganized store with very limited selection. Customer service was lacking also. Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone prior to my arrival. Now I know why...only salesperson was on a personal phone call. I felt like I was disturbing her. Only reason I went to Scrubtopia is because Career Apparel is temporarily closed (I hope) secondary to COVID-19. Praying that Career Apparel reopens.

So I am shopping for my girl who is student at A&M who was so frustrated that nobody carries extra small. I talked to Dennis who runs the business and has girls of his own and could really relate to the problems that petite and extra short people have trying to get clothes that fit. Made my day.

I placed an order for a couple sets of scrubs over the phone. The ordering process was easy, however I encountered a problem with them following up and giving me a tracking number. After sending an email to the store manager Dennis, I received a call back and follow up email regarding my message the next day. From there they continued to call me to update me on the status of my scrubs which took about two weeks to arrive in store. It's very obvious that they take customer service seriously and that their staff was educated on how to handle future situations like this. I got skechers by barco scrubs and they arrived perfectly and I have no complaints! I will definitely be returning for future purchases and recommending to my friends and family
