About Script revolution
A free to use script hosting website that offers screenwriters a platform to promote their scripts and a way for filmmakers to search through them.
Script Revolution: The Ultimate Platform for Screenwriters and Filmmakers
Are you a screenwriter looking for a platform to showcase your scripts? Or are you a filmmaker searching for the perfect script to bring to life on the big screen? Look no further than Script Revolution, the free-to-use script hosting website that connects writers with filmmakers.
Founded in 2016 by CJ Walley, Script Revolution has quickly become one of the most popular platforms for aspiring and established screenwriters alike. With over 10,000 registered users and more than 20,000 scripts available for download, it's easy to see why.
But what sets Script Revolution apart from other script hosting websites? For starters, it's completely free. Unlike other sites that charge fees or take a percentage of sales, Script Revolution allows writers to upload their scripts at no cost. This means more exposure for your work without breaking the bank.
In addition to being free, Script Revolution also offers a range of features designed specifically with screenwriters in mind. For example:
- A user-friendly interface that makes it easy to upload and manage your scripts
- A search function that allows filmmakers to find scripts based on genre, length, budget requirements and more
- The ability to add loglines and synopses so filmmakers can get an idea of what your script is about before downloading
- A rating system that lets users rate each other's work based on quality
But perhaps one of the biggest advantages of using Script Revolution is its community aspect. By joining this platform as either a writer or filmmaker (or both!), you'll be part of an active community where members can share feedback on each other's work or collaborate on projects together.
And if you're worried about copyright infringement or theft of your intellectual property - don't be! All uploaded content is protected by copyright laws and users must agree not to plagiarize or steal others' work when they sign up.
So whether you're a seasoned screenwriter or just starting out, Script Revolution is the perfect platform to showcase your work and connect with filmmakers. With its user-friendly interface, free-to-use model, and active community of writers and filmmakers, it's no wonder why Script Revolution has become the go-to destination for anyone looking to break into the film industry.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a way to promote your scripts or find the perfect script for your next project, look no further than Script Revolution. Sign up today and join the thousands of writers and filmmakers who have already discovered this amazing platform!
