I avoid this place. Unfortunately there are many events here that override my disdain. Parking is terrible. Highway access to the venue is terrible. Customer service is terrible. They close concession vendors too early. I was just at a performance that was being repeated 2 hours later. They closed all concessions for some reason. If you smoke, they have a single smoking area on the south side. It's usually difficult to get in and out, and it is typically closed way before the end of an event.

Great concert (Celine Dion). Minimal delay getting in...quicker than I expected...and the sound system we great even though I was about 15 rows from the top. Hard to see her, but the video screens helped with that. So no bad seats in the house!

Great hockey experience even as an away fan. Hometown fans are always courteous to my wife and I and the updates to the arena are great. Have to be the cleanest bathrooms in any hockey arena I ve been in. Dallas is still better though. ;)

The venue is always great & ushers helpful. However I don't understand why I cannot have the bottle for the $5 water I just purchased. They insisted on opening the plastic bottle & pouring it into an open cup. Seems wasteful and another way to drive up prices.

The club level is kind of a maze to navigate, but at least all of the people we ran into were very friendly. Cushioned seats were comfy, although they were clearly worn out a bit. Great place to watch a hockey game though.

Fantastic venue for concerts and of course, Blues Hockey. Cant say much that hasnt been said. It offers everything you need to have a great time at an arena of its size. Parking is the only minor inconvenience, but theres a lot of it available within a mile radius, itll just cost ya 20 bucks. If you're a real cheap person like me you can find cheaper parking pretty far away. As long as a cards game isnt going on simultaneously. I suggest every person go and see the Stanley Cup winning St. Louis Blues at Enterprise!

The Enterprise Center looks great. The food venues or not well organized and take too much time to get through the line. The Blues game was sensory overload, loud too many flashing lights too much activity going on constantly

Good

I think this is a great place to watch a game. Now giving it five stars, I am aware this is not the greatest arena to catch an NHL game. However, the five star rating justified on the fact that, for the price of attending a game, it is one of the best values in the league. Parking, food, and tickets are cheap in comparison to other venues. (Sure, you can go to Pittsburgh and catch a slightly better show. But you will spend three times as much in the process (which would only be worth it if some hits Crosby hard.)) For a middle class family, this is a great place to watch a game.

Great location for a concert. Take the metro link train to Civic Center station for a very convenient stop. We've been to events where we sat at the top as well as the 100's and I have to say the 100's is worth the money. Cushioned and wider seats with a much better view. Concessions have crazy high prices as expected. Bathrooms have always been nice.

Trans Siberian orchestra performance was sold out but only a few food stands were open and they were under staffed.
Waited 15 minutes in line to find out that the beer system was broken.
Entry and exit traffic systems seemed very chaotic and slow due to people crowding around the only open concessions.

Attended a St. Louis Blues game (11 straight wins). People are friendly and helpful. Several shops to buy Blues merch. Would love to visit again with an opportunity to meet with Bobby Plager, Brett Hull, Panger, Bernie, or any of the Blues!

Great place for a Blues game! All kinds of restaurants around here plus Union Station is just a few blocks away! Metrolink station has an upgraded stop here just recently. Highly recommended taking the Metrolink as parking garage and exiting a game from here is horrible.

The recent upgrades are excellent! I cannot wait to see what they do this summer. The free WiFi is ok, could be better, I keep getting kicked from it, as someone that has project fi, free WiFi is a paramount amenity.

Blues games, concerts and other events are all great here. Parking and getting out after events is kinda crazy though.
