When I told the girl I was going on vacation next week and I wanted the same colors I had last time she talked me into doing different colors which turned my hair gray spent 5 hours fixing it and it is nothing like what my hair is supposed to look like on top of that underneath I have patches of blond so I'm a nurse and can't wear my hair up. And got charged for highlights and lowlights when clearly my hair is dark all over except for the random patches underneath. Then my charge for color was 122.00. Been going there for years never had a problem. I won't be going back! I can't even fix it for 3 months so I'm stuck with brassy dark hair with patches underneath for 3 months. Told I was getting a discount but my bill was 122 and left with awful hair.

Staff was super friendly and the salon massage chairs were very nice. Everything was clean and welcoming. For the high price of their mani-pedi's, I don't feel like I got my money's worth. Not only were the requested stripes extremely uneven, but the polish chipped off the next day, even after showering with gloves on and being super mindful of my nails (I don't have long nails). I didn't get the gel polish, but usually normal polish lasts for at least 2-3 days when being careful. On two of the nails the polish that chipped off peeled my nails a little. Even my toe polish chipped off after the first week, when normally they last two weeks or more. By the time of the wedding I was in (the next day, under 28 hours later) a few of my fingers only had half the polish left, so I had to hide them for the pictures. The overall pedi experience was nice and relaxing. For the price, I wasn't satisfied, if it was a little cheaper I would have been happier, especially given how nice the location and staff was.

Morgan is so great at what she does! I absolutely love my new hair style! Plus, my curls have never been healthier. The next day they got even better, once the new cut settled in. The salon is pretty affordable, and their quality can't be beat! Thank you again, Morgan!

DO NOT GO HERE. I am 16 years old and went to the salon by myself for the first time with my friend. I asked for a medium blonde to a white blonde ombre. Cheyenne Goehler was my stylist and I told her my budget was $300, but I didn't want to go up that high. She told me she would keep it under $180, so the whole time she was doing my hair I assumed she was keeping it under $180. When I went to pay I was told that the total was $292. My hair is fried and is not at all like the picture I showed her. My hair does NOT look worth the money I spent. I came back later with my grandma and we spoke with stylish manager Jackie. She accused me of lying and said she was told that Cheyenne said she would keep it under $280 which was not at all true. She was very disrespectful. My father later went in and was told that they made a mistake because I wasn't given a waiver, so I will be given a refund and a professional with more experience will fix my hair. I am extremely disappointed, as I have never dyed my hair ombre before and expected more from this salon. I will never be coming back and was completely taken advantage of. I am disgusted at the disrespect and immaturity of the workers at this salon.

Want the royal treatment? This is the place to go. Stylists are friendly, and care how you look on the way out. I had long hair and said , "do what you think looks good." Amazing job. I still love it. This is the place to go for hair for sure.

Mina did my cut and color for me this time and she was absolutely phenomenal! This is the second time I've been there and I've not been disappointed. Everyone is friendly and willing to help get you what you want.

I have taken my family here for a few years now. The price is a little heavy but if you want something done right the first time then you have to pay for it. We have had some differences but they have stood by all of the products and services they offer, every time. Overall, I am very happy with the staff! They always go over and above to make my daughters feel special and that means a ton to me. I will always do business here but I will always expect to drop some cash.

I cant say the same for the one on Turkeyfoot as I accidentally went there first. Extremely rude and would never send my worst enemy to them. Kaylee Lint is amazing!! Gave me the cut and color EXACTLY what I was going for. She helped me narrow down my ideas and gave me helpful input for what would work best for me. A few days later I decided to make an appointment for her fix my teen daughter's hair that her n her bff chopped all up n shaved- Kaylee once again did an amazing job. My daughter was beyond thrilled with the outcome... At first, I wasn't real sure on the color she was going with but Kaylee reassured me it would look good with my daughters skin tone n facial features(I was worried it was going to be too dark on her). I was so wrong n I totally LOVE LOVE LOVE the color. It turned out beautifully. We were BOTH beyond satisfied with Kaylee and will definitely be back. If you're looking for an honest, caring n super sweet hair stylist- Kaylee is your girl!
