They are very polite and customer friendly. Took my SUV in to be serviced.I was pleasantly surprised when I found out they washed and vacuum my vehicle after serving it. I will definitely be back.
Worked with Dan McGrath today. My car was breaking so I went in really just to feel things out, was not expecting to leave with a new car but I did! Not only that, but a brand new 2021. I did not think that was possible since I don t have great credit but he made it happen. I am so happy with the entire experience and highly recommend going here and working with Dan.

I recently purchased a Kia NIRO EV EX Premium from Scott Kia of Springfield. I loved my Prius but recently decided to go with an all electric vehicle. First, the dealership is a beautiful and inviting facility. I had a great impression from the minute I walked in the door. Prior to that, I chatted online to inquire about the vehicle I was interested in and received a very prompt return phone call. I was able to set up an appointment the following day with Emmanuel Williams. This young man was amazing to deal with. While he didn't need to "sell" me the car as I went in knowing the car I wanted, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The finance part went quickly and smoothly with Kristen also being extremely efficient at her job. After that, Emmanuel spent so much time going through EVERYTHING about my new car. And there is a lot to learn about it. He even helped me set up my phone and other functions in the car. I am so happy with my new car and especially the great deal that I got on it. I would highly, highly recommend going to Scott Kia of Springfield for your next car purchase (and ask for Emmanuel). A well deserved 5 stars!

We had a wonderful experience at Scott Kia of Springfield with Keith Williams. My husband and I spent a few days working with him to find the right SUV that worked for us. Keith helped us check out pretty much EVERY Sorento they had because we wanted to make sure we knew what was different about each one. His patience, knowledge, and kindness really put us at ease with the whole process. I cannot recommend this service enough. I am very excited that we walked away with our Certified 2016 Kia Sorento, and could not recommend Keith, and Scott Ki, enough.
