Scott County Government Review

Such a nasty lady at the front desk right when you walk into the building. She was completely snarky and rude when I asked where to go for finger printing. It was very clear that she was too busy talking to what appeared to be another coworker about their kids. I stood there for almost 50 seconds waiting for her to notice me. The lady I am talking about had dark hair with what looked like some red mixed in.

My first time here was great. Forgot some paperwork so I came back with it all. The guy I got the 2nd time couldn t be bothered enough to do his job. And then just told me to have a seat it would take a half hour or more to finish. Not impressed at all.

Excellent Service ! Staff in very friendly and knowledgeable. We all need to be a little patient during these times. They move you through as quickly as they can.

Very helpful people here. It can be a struggle to park, but if you go in back parking lot there's usually a few spots. They do not take credit cards, only cash or check.

Wowww!!! I was just going to comment on the dark haired lady at the front court Administration desk and how absoluty rude and wicked and has the worst attitude ever, i mean sometimes you run into people here and there that are rude but I think she beats them all. Its funny that the first comment i see in the reviews is about the same lady!!!! I was just trying to make a restitution payment and asking a simple question being nice as can be and she just was a soooooo rude. Horrible attitude, i hope she doesnt have kids. I usually dont take the time to write reviews EVER either, but someone there needs to do somthing... thats uncalled for.

Poor, took hours to get through over the phone, staff was unfriendly and not helpful. Trying to renew a drivers license but they only allow appointments now, which are booked for over 45 days ahead

It's not too often you go to the DMV in a good mood and leave that way. The staff here provided the absolute best customer service. The man who helped us was kind and easy to work with! I've been and worked at a couple different DMV's and this by far is the best.

Scott Cty has some of the nicest people I've ever dealt with. Went in to renew my DL and the young lady at the front desk was smiley and helpful. The people at the Customer Service desk for DL's, etc were friendly and fast. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

What a gem of a DMV! The workers were nice/helpful and worked quickly to get everyone through the line quickly. Helps restore some faith in the gov't.

Came here Friday afternoon and waited over 2 hours to get their Real ID. The setup here is okay, but they need more people working. The lady who helped me was really friendly, however. Also, people who fill out the pre-application online should not have to wait with everyone else who didn't do the pre-application.

I spend a whole 3 minutes in line at the DMV, good on these guys for the process improvements

Pretty slow, very disappointing to see the staff not moving very quickly. Only reason why I gave an extra star is because of Marty, she helped me out, she was great, knows her stuff. She is definitely a keeper, everyone else seemed to be barely moving.

Janice was so friendly and helped me with a birth certificate for my son and explained all of the passport and ID options. I am surprised to say it was a very pleasant experience and everyone was very well organized. I would even go as far as saying I I kindof look forward to coming back in :) Thanks for your help!
