The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information, such as timetables and fares. However, it would be nice to see more options for discounts or promotions. The staff onboard were polite and helpful, but I did encounter some delays during my journey. The train itself was comfortable and clean, which made the ride more pleasant. Additionally, the onboard facilities, such as the toilets, were well-maintained. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. Although there is room for improvement, I appreciate the convenience of traveling with this company and would consider using them again in the future.
