I was having a fine time, payment plan and all. I would call here and there if I didn t have the money on my debit to use my HSA and to re set up auto pay. Multiple times I was told they set me back up and then they would send me to collections the next month
Convenient how they have several higher up employees rate and review and lie through their teeth about any services they "received" especially their IT chief......this place is horrible for patients, horrible for employees and no matter how many times you say faith based they are only based on one thing. $$$
Misleading information on pricing. Given one price for an appointment and prepaid, only to later also receive a bill for more than the amount already paid. Not corrected after contacting them twice. I'll pay to protect my credit score, but I won't be back. Oh yeah, and the appointment was a total waste of time too, not helpful.
I only gave one star because I had to. This place does not allow you to make your own choices about having kids. The refused my birth control because it's not medically necessary and there a faith based clinic. I have never been more appalled by not being able to make my own choices. This is a horrible company and I will never recommend to anyone. I should have the right to make my own choice about having kids.
Not all, but most of the nurses here are INCREDIBLY rude. The doctor we dealt with was very rude. On that note the doc that did the ultrasound was very friendly. Deb h was very sweet friendly and professional and so was Felicia T
My wife visited the office on 5/17/2019. This was a level 3 emergency according to them, when it was simply seeing a doctor. No tests......but they billed $2,022, along with a $500 co-pay. I would highly advise that people watch out. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB, Attorney General, and our health insurance.
Do not recommend using SCL ever. They are not patient centered care-they are profit centered care. All about collections and $$. They won't work with you on your bills and their qualifications to receive anything charitable (you know since the word CHARITY is part of their name) you basically have to be unemployed. You can never speak to a supervisor or manager when you call customer service and they never call you back either. At least other area hospitals will work with you on your bills and understand that you have other living expenses and a family to feed. Good luck to anyone with a bill from SCL!
DO NOT GO HERE! Unwelcoming and rude front desk person and nurse at the ER. They actually turned me away and recommended another hospital for me to go to instead of taking my brother in. After trying to help him up and take him back to my car they called me back up to the desk and told me they could see him if I really wanted and they were willing to treat him . I decided to take him to another hospital because it was so unprofessional and heartbreaking to be recommended another emergency room.? Isn t that their job? Would not recommend at all
Emergency Room visit for heart pain at SCL Health's Good Samaritan hospital... Excellent Service and Care ! The people were very warm and caring - you could feel it ! Good Samaritan is a Great Asset for our community !
