Have never seen so many slots out of service and their people walking around and not fixing the problems.

Always a great facility to visit. Clean and well kept every time I visit. Have had a pleasurable experience each time. Connect to a restaurant "Brew Brothers" that is awesome too. Casino and food. Sign me up!

The love the people are very nice and it's a fun place to go

all they have are slots for the casino portion. Would like to see some card tables too. food at the restaurants was better when the racino was new.

They handed out a mask to me and my fiancee. They seem to have more people cleaning up the trash and wiping down slot tables that are empty

Definitely the better of the two casinos in Columbus. The odds on the slots seem better and the employees are a lot nicer. Also like the buffet here more.

Don't believe any good reviews. Its employees writing these. I go to casinos all across the country and this is by far the worst now. Since they planned a hotel and started,they have changed all of their R.N.G. chips to pay less than 86.5 percent. Only 8% pay that, the states lowest allowed. The rest are around 50 to 60. You are guaranteed to loose. 2000$ and 120 won back. You will do 20 to 30 spins and get 4 credits. 2 yrs, ago it was decent but owner changes hotel plus new restaurant equals 95% of people will lose. I ask the green shirt guy what the payout is and he said he could not discuss that. Unheard of. Ask if you don't believe me.You will see a lot of mad people their. The money lost is No big deal but being ripped off is offensive and has lost my patronage. The advertising of what they payout are not jackpots but every credit given. added up. False implications equals shady business practices. Just wanting to warn people with some facts not just opinions. Check it out and check facebook reviews. Play the lottery, better odds.

2 stars cause i use to love going to the casino but the last 3 or 4 times i have went i didnt even hit anything i tried max bets and everything in between but had no luck on any of the slots i set down at. I am going to go back one more time to see if i can win an money back but if i star to loss i am just done i think i might have to try hollywood casino again even though it is to crowded.

The Dash Cafe is a great place to have food while at the casino. The burgers are fresh and flavorful.

My slots where shut down. The progressive ones outside of the highlimits area. No waitress on floor. One cashier at the cage. Just sucked today.

Slots were pretty tight.A security guard at a side door entrance was rude, but we still enjoyed our visit.

This place used to be nice but the food is worse I always have a horrible stomach ache after none of the machines are really fun and the waitress with the drinks never comes around so why gamble anyway

This should be a "-1", however, as that is not available, I just made it available. I personally have had 2 incidences of my own personal security being breached by other patrons, one of which happened during my absolute last visit to this disgraceful, does anyone know who is actually running the joint and where is security when you need them?!?!? I was pushed out of a slot machine chair by another female patron who decided that was HER machine, had been talking to herself, God and Jesus for 2 hours, all within 4 ft. of the security door in the back corner of this mockery of a safe casino. After the incident, I move far enough away from this threat to get the attention of anyone who worked there, thinking that the rational thing they would do is alert security; no, they left me to go talk to their managers; don't quite know why they have radios to call out on; decorative perhaps? The maintenance fellow stated HIS manager had been made aware of the situation and the casino would be in touch. Where is security? I have 2 witnesses. Needless to say, no call so I call Mark in security. The videos were reviewed for the SECONDS leading up to the event and SECONDS after...I was told it didn't happen, no witnesses I had described in great detail. I guess I was hallucinating, right Mark? Customer satisfaction is a must in your line of business; it's the name of the "game". Your bad for business and failed your job miserably; Scioto Downs WHHHHOOO?

Nice place, good variety of slots. Wished they paid more but it is a casino lol.

There bathrooms are as bad as roadside restrooms there outdated and always dirty as much money as they make and very little or no payout you would think they could have clean and up todate restrooms Miami's and Jack's are really nice and never dirty

it's a real s...hole! 300$ and out in less than an hour. I fully expect to "not" win but seriously folks....your place is ridiculous.

Fun place. Eat at Brew Brothers, seriously great food and beer. Can get crowded easily. Staff is nice and on top.of cleaning.

Clean and smoke free. New slots and loose. Pretty girls to watch watching the racing.

Not a big van of either of the casinos in Columbus they have rude disrespectful workers & the games r all the same it seems. & they have them all set up so they don't really pay out like they should a lot of the games it seems like u got lose $50-$60 before u hit for $5--$10 it's crazy because they don't pay off as much when u do hit. It's crazy but they changed it all up a couple years back on July 4th holiday & they just ain't been the same since & trust me it can't just be my luck. Or maybe it is but I sure see a lot of people leaving mad everytime I'm in there. & I go a lot to both of them. But it can be a fun time if u just go knowing ur probly not going to be a big winner everytime if it all. So only go with what u have extra because ur probly going to lose it. But as long as u go knowing that u can have a real good time playing I do.

Had fun. Cell service was horrible. It made it difficult to keep in touch with my 80 yr. old father as there was a lot of walking for him.

I actually love this place other than the crumbling grandstand that you can no longer go to but the action at the racetrack is very exciting. I drive down once a year around my birthday and play every race.

The gaming floor is nice. They seem to be upgrading the restrooms.
Dont bother with the Buffet - its still horrible. Dirty. And tonight what was out was old- very old. Most of the rest was very unappealing - as if nothing was wiped up- food all over the empty salad bar. The majority of the restaraunt was empty and we were seated at a tiny table next to a kitchen doorway...
Needless to say- we didnt even bother eating - asked for a refund. The manager didn't bother to ask what the issue was. Matter of fact the only words she spoke was- I need your receipt.. So we wont be returning any time soon.

Find place to go with some family and friends to try and win some money, relax, and have a few drinks.

It was a fun night with live music and food options. Staff was extremely helpful and professional, not to mention friendly. Business accommodating. I lost my money, but others around me were winning! Happy for them! Food options were reasonable. All was a good experience!

Losing money and never any bar service when it should be open because they say they can t keep help.
Try paying a decent wage!!!
