Scioto Downs Racino Review

My experience at Eldorado scioto was very short. Bet very conservatively and was standing outside in 10 min. Probably won't be returning. I don't mind losing as long I had some fun gambling. No fun what so ever. You run a dirty casino. I come in with the hope of a even playing field. You control the game. You are crocked and that's sad.

As long as your thoughts stay to entertainment and not getting rich quick then you have the right expectations. Beer cost could be better, restaurant service I consider slightly below average due speed of service and overall experience.
It would be great to think outside the box and create more of a get together experience by football viewing parties and games. Party on the patio, food tastings etc. The happier you make the guest the longer they stay and not dwell on the gambling losses.

Great place to go have fun, spend time with friends and family. Went yesterday not knowing it was a give away day. Pulled into valet parking to be told it was closed. I only park in valet because of a disability. When I asked why, the answer was too many people want it. Not enough here to take care of you. No apology about this, just your going to have to move your car. I was trying to get out to get to my walker so my wife could go park the car, only to be told again that I couldn't be there. You're going to have to move your car. What an awful way to be treated. Very dissatisfied Eldorado.

I feel like it is going down hill. It could be they can't find good help. The bathrooms counters were so messy. Several machines has not been cleaned. They used to have employees whipping them down all the time and the bathrooms were very clean. On the up side people were winning for a change and the lunch buffet was great. They had smoked brisket that was almost as good as my husband's.

Horable Casino Ive been 5 times in 2months and I will not be returning.....Had a issue with a employee who made me get off a machine I had 2 witnneses say the machine did not payout when it should,And I took pictures of the winning machine.....she came and shut down all six mschines on that row....saying the machines needed service.....Spoke to her supervisor....heard nothinh back from them......Ive contacted Ohio lottery and they havent responded back.....So Im asking patrons to contact me for a Clash Action Law Suit

Wife's Birthday. Never come away a winner, but always a good time. Adequate parking and slots. If you smoke they have easily accessible heated smoking areas with slots.

The Grove Buffet was not worth the money. Had to wait on food to be brought out, and not enough silverware. Was very disappointed. The casino though was very nice. Would try a different restaurant if I go back.

Did not have a very good time there . Didn't win one thing all the machines did was to take my money. What in the world did you do to them ? We usually have a good time there.

My parents made it seem so cool when I couldn't go but for my 21st birthday I got to see all the hype. It was boring cause I'm not really the gambling type but they could at least add more stuff other then machine and horse racing. The have two restaurants and a fast food/store kinda thing; need more food options. The bartenders are nice which is why they love to make strong drinks

This is the best casino in Columbus. It's comfortable and fun and winnable. It offers slot machines (there are no dealers or card tables), horses races in warmer months, bars, buffets, a gift shop, free soft drink stations, a Brew Brothers restaurant, a track restaurant and food booths, live music on weekends, various promotions, valet and non-valet free parking, and now it has a hotel attached to it. It's a good time.

Absolutely terrible. Most of the machines were down. Nothing was paying off. If I got free spins only paid $2 if I was lucky. Every time the casino changes owners the odds of winning get worse.

Scioto was so much fun when it first opened and the first years.so many people, including me, don't need to win a large jackpot. We are happy winning enough to want you to want to come back I would rather they pay more smaller pots than to spend so much on the big contests.i don't enjoy just putting money in and not getting stleast some of it back
