I experienced worst management and high politics in RA department. They higher people when they need and after completing their project requirement they throw out people from company. Zero management, worst company to work in RA.

I had been called for an interview all the way from mumbai to pune... Interview went all cool. But the sad part is they took another girl who had a reference from sciformix. I would like to say this, if in the back of ur mind u ppl want to choose the referenced candidate.then u should see to it that u do not line an interview and call candidates all the way from mumbai.
Went there for interview from Mumbai early morning on my own expense as they conduct all face to face interviews in Pune. . To my disappointment ...forget about tea/coffee...they don't even offer water to the candidate who have come 200 kms driving all the way early morning. Moreover HR person didn't have time to show her face to me. Guys if you are going for interview in this pathetic company see to it that you ask for travel and food expense, because for them conducting interview is just a time pass thing. Value yourself.
Very poor work ethics. People here are non responsive specially human resource. Once you leave the company they hold a grudge against you.
Every company is adjusted themselves to be functional in the pandemic period and Sciformix just gave up on things. On top of that people here are very rude and unprofessional.
They failed to understand very simple fact that outsourcing businesses runs on new contacts and better relationships with Pharma companies, instead they try to look down on you.
Pitiful really!
Now Covance though.. Amazing place to work... Has more than 55% woman employees... A very good cultured company...
