I would highly recommend SCI, I am so glad I was referred to them. Mike the owner is awesome! He s very knowledgeable on what you would need or what you should try. Makes you feel very comfortable when it s all new to you. Shipping is always on time and fast. If they run out of stock they will ship something similar at no charge until your stuff is in. This rarely happens though. Great company that has all that you want or else they will get it for you!
Great service. Website makes it easy to reorder supplies at best prices that I have found. And delivery is next day or no longer than 2 days. Items arrive neatly boxed with protective packaging, and contents always match my order. As well, an invoice is always included with the goods. I pay with a credit card and trust Sci Supply to protect my personal and payment information -- so far I have not been disappointed. Oh yes, staff are always ready and willing to answer my questions about products, pricing and health related suggestions. I highly recommend Sci Supply to prospective customers.

SCI provides a very special service that is helping people like my husband deal with every day functions that most people take forgranted. Their choices of supplies are extensive and through the help and guidance of Mike who is an amazing person and one who is "walking the talk" himself, has bought dignity back to my husband and the ability to be out and about doing things he used to do before his spinal cord injury. Even his Urologist was impressed with my husband's setup and wanted the information about SCI to pass on to his other patients. This review is a long time in coming but I would recommend SCI above all others that I looked into for ostomy supplies due to a stoma brought on by Ulcerative Colitis. Price wise, they beat everyone else on cost because come on, with the quantities and frequency we go through using these products, we need a supplier that is as cost effective as possible. Also, the other suppliers were okay, but lots of times the items and the quantities I was looking for just weren't there. With SCI, the convenience of shopping from home and free delivery was very appreciative, especially in the beginning when leaks were often and I preferred not to leave the house until I figured out how to apply the appliance properly. The people of SCI were very helpful and very understanding and seemed to recommend products based on need, not profit. In the end, I have had no issues recommending SCI to friends or family and that there, is proof enough.
