Highly recommend. Very good service at a good price

I have been going here for 4 years, my grandmother recommended it and shes been a loyal customer for 15+ years. Everyone in that building is kind, generous and they have great customer service. They always try to get you the most back for your refund. I will never go anywhere else!

After being our family and business accountant for almost 20 years, we had issues with my brother's taxes, who is out of country for 10 years. After affirming that this is done all the time and they had experience with expat taxes, they refused to address it. Hardly any responses, and no worthwhile help from either phone or emails. We had to acquire and attorney, which is costing us a couple thousand dollars so far to amend the taxes and resubmit while the IRS sends bills and letters of harassment. This didn't need to happen. And there was no help, just silence and minimal input. Extremely disappointed and probably done with any business dealings. Most of the time you can do your taxes on line for free, you want an accountant so when these issues come up their experience and knowledge will iron it out quickly. Or better yet, not make a catastrophic mistake such as was done at all, let alone abandon a long time customer with urgent deadlines and IRS issues raining down on them.

Betty Schulze was recommended to us about 12 years ago. We have used her accounting services ever since! Even though the drive is about an hour for us, we do it. The office is in a very humble setting, but the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and values every single client. Seeing the same folks year after year matters to us, and and it's a true indicator that everyone is happy to work there because they remain with Betty.

I've been going to Betty to get my taxes done for years and there is nowhere else I'd even consider going. I'll be a customer until she decides to retire.

They need to go back to school and learn how to do taxes. I had them do my taxes about 3 years ago, and twice already, once from city, and just today, one from state, that I owe. The one from city, we were told we were getting money back. So my husband and I waited for that return. When we didn't get it, my husband called, and come to find out, the person who did our taxes screwed up and we had to fork out the money. My husband called Schulze and told them about it and they said they would prorate our next bill when they do our taxes. Why would we go back to someone who's going to screw up our taxes? And just today, I get a letter in the mail that we owe almost $400 to state from the same year they did our taxes?! When I pay someone who supposedly has the knowledge to do taxes, and has a business, I expect my taxes to be done correctly, the first time. I don't want to hear that they are human and make mistakes. Double check your work! I'm positive we are not the only people that had this happen. Your mistakes ended up costing us a lot of money!

Absolute terrible service! I had a question and instead of helping me Betty laughed at me. She made me feel like I was idiot! I can t believe the owner of the business would treat a customer like that. I ve never had the feeling of someone belittling me until I spoke with her.
