Set up auto pay with company. Months went by without autopay activating. Was charged a late fee when autopay failed the first time, and then I sent checks after that. Months later, autopay suddenly worked and deducted rent from my bank account after I already mailed a check (silly me for assuming something that never worked would not suddenly start working). Had to cancel the check to not be double billed. Was charged 43 dollars for cancelling the check despite it being their fault. This company cannot maintain a functioning webpage, and has terrible accounting. If you rent from them, keep accurate records and be prepared to fight for your money.
Nice property management company. I have worked with several other companies through the years . They stay on top of repairs and maintenance for their properties. Grounds kept up nicely. Great onsite supervisors that are kind and helpful and attentive to residents needs or concerns.. 5 stars !
Awful communication with renters, poor maintenance of properties in the Corvallis area, then sold with NO communication to another company. After 17 years of dealing with a string of managers and lack of any communication and maintenance during COVID I would recommend you stay as far away from this company as possible.
