Came here to study on a Saturday night (tonight) and LOVED the staff. Such good vibes and very friendly. They helped out a lot with helping me choose a tea and they were always very attentive to customers (I sat near the front the whole time). I never get the fake, over-polite customer service attitude from the staff here. There's a reason this place is so popular! Never had a bad experience.

Love it, good selections of choices! The Tap is great to be adventures and the easy refills brings me back. Hot Earl Grey is loved by my husband.

One time, I was sitting there for 10 mins, and a new employee asked me to buy something. I usually like to settle in a coffee shop for few minutes before I order something. This is not very appropriate to ask your costumers (in fact regular costumers) like this.

Great selection of refreshing teas. I tried the earl grey first which was lovely then the cacao tea after which was even better. Refills are 50cents for the first the. Free thereafter all day. Great value for money.

I absolutely adore this place! I just moved here from Phoenix, and this place is like a home away from home. The atmosphere is so friendly, the service is wonderful, and it s a great place to relax and work.

Besides classic hot or iced teas, you can also order pour-over coffee, chai lattes, matcha, matcha lattes, and unique herbal blends of fruits, spices, herbs, and flowers. There s also a small selection of desserts, pastries, and snack/breakfast foods. You can add different levels of sweetener, lemon, and milk to any tea, and they offer vegan options like almond and coconut milk.

They also offer unexpected selections such as nitro cold-brew coffee and nitro matcha (drinks infused with nitrogen gas to create a frothy head), pu er tea (a fermented Chinese tea that is often stored pressed into shapes), butterfly-pea tea (a flavorless blue tea that changes colors when combined with an acid), and mate (a caffeinated South American tea-like beverage).

If you fall in love just as I did, you ll probably also be extremely thankful for their refill policy. After purchasing an iced tea drink, you can refill it twice that day with any of the daily tap teas. Your first refill costs $0.50 for a 16oz and $1.00 for a 24oz, and the second refill is completely free.

If it s your first time visiting, I recommend sharing your personal preferences with the friendly staff and letting them suggest a tea that fits best. My favorites, though, are the milk oolong, jasmine leaf, honey vanilla, and coconut lavender!

I absolutely love scented leaf! Not only are they environmentally aware, they offer discounts to those who are. On top of that, their service is always friendly and fast, which is hard to find near campus. And their drinks are delicious!

Lovely tea shop with a lot of interesting and tasty options. They have teas that are on tap that you can get as refills for $1 or under. Staff are friendly and the store is clean and smells nice.

The long last Teavana replacement I been looking for. The tea here is crazy good. Really missed the whole bins of loose tea leafs. Since Teavana got shut down I been low key looking and omg, found it <3

Love this place, anytime we are in town this is a must stop! They have such a wonderful variety and great tab choices. You can't go wrong here, if you don't like your tea they are happy to make you another one.

This makes me wish I lived in Tucson! They had a fabulous section of tea and friendly and knowledgeable staff to go with it. They have iced tea on tap, which is unique and convenient. Any of their teas can be made hot or iced to order, but they have a selection that is prepped and available for sampling and quick service. They had a small selection of snacks. From what my husband and I ordered, it would seem that they know how to appropriately brew the tea. I had a mix of an oolong and Yerba mate that was delicious.

The best part of this place is the fact that you can pay $5 for a large drink and come back for 2 refills throughout the day! The staff are wonderful and they offer a wide selection of teas for you to choose from.

I pass by this store everyday walking to my car and two weeks ago I have decided to give it a try. It is amazing and refreshing especially when it is 105 F during the summer. I really like their rewards program which you get free drink after collecting 5 points. Also, you get a refill for only 50 cents for the first time and free refill for the second time. I really like this store but I think it is a bit pricey.

Cold jasmine tea without sugar added is refreshing!

This is one of the cutest little Tea shops in Tucson! My boyfriend and i were here vising, and just happened to be walking down the street when we saw this store.
Very nice and clean, large selections of teas, perfect if youre feeling under the weather as well!
In an area of town right off campus that you can just get out your car and walk.

Honestly one of the reasons I miss being and living in Tucson. The best tea, an awesome staff and a great community. Wish there were more places like this. Prickly Pear is my favorite herbal to get and the staff pick is always something super good.

They have organic teas , coffee and more. Wish there were vegan pastries. But it is a great place with WIFI too!

I always have a great experience when I walk through their doors. The staff is always polite and make sure you never leave with a drink you're not happy with. Overall, I believe the prices are a little high for the individual cups and if it weren't for the atmosphere and the amazing employees I may not have come back as often as I do (almost on a daily basis). I've expanded my love for tea with some encouraging and found flavors I never thought I would enjoy! To the shop owner and employees, keep up the good work and to anyone looking for a new place to enjoy tea and a relaxing environment for school work or socializing, I highly recommend Scented Leaf Tea House.

Great place to relax away the stress of college and enjoy a delicious variety of teas or do some quick studying.

Employees are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and really make the visits enjoyable. During class sessions it can be busy, but service is quick.

I am hooked on tea.

I love this place! I don't come here much on weekday mornings, because it is always FULL of students doing work, but in the afternoon/evening and on weekends/breaks, there are generally plenty of tables to chill at (assuming it's not during a pandemic). The employees are always kind and helpful, and since most of them are college age, they're really easy to talk to. I love that you can prepay for refills, and change up your drink to try a new tea. The proximity to campus is great! I also love that they often partner w student organizations for fundraisers (an excuse to drink more tea!) AND bonus knowledge: they take catcash! They also started offering growlers which is super nice! 10/10 would recommend, and I will definitely be carrying my gallon growler of tea to and from scented leaf come fall semester!

The Grasshopper is a mix of Tea and Coffee! Must try!

So far, my experience with this tea house has been great:

- there's a fairly huge selection of tea that should tickle almost anyone's fancy
- the staff seem to know a lot about their tea
- they have a decent lounge setting that keeps calm for all but the most crowded times
- if you're new to tea, the staff will help you pick which tea you should try

A note to newcomers of tea: the tea might be a bit expensive after coming from Starbucks tea or other conventional cafes or shops serving tea in a teabag. Maybe try the place a few times, and it'll probably grow on you.

I have only had one cup of tea from this place, but it was really, really good. I'm going to go back when they aren't quite so busy so I can do a more detailed review, but first impression is... well, impressive.

Highly recommend!!! I've been a regular customer at this place for years. I absolutely love it. They always have numerous iced teas "on tap", as well as at least 2 dozen additional teas that can be served hot or iced. They also have myriad specialty tea drinks that can be customized. I've also purchased their loose-leaf teas and they are very high-quality and delicious! Plus, it's a locally-owned business and the owner is incredibly nice. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have my business for life!

Great! Lovely tea and their Life is a beach is bomb! If you re in a rush don t get something from the oven though. I thought it would take Maybe 3 minutes for a lightly toasted bagel with cream cheese. 8 minutes! I don t know why it would take so long when they didn t even put the cream cheese on themself. (No other customers after me either)

Best tea place in AZ. The employees are knowledgeable. I've never had bad tea here whether hot or cold. I tell them this is how I feel, this is how I want to feel, what do you recommend; the result is always delicious and has the desired effect.

They steeped by black tea a bit longer than I prefer so it was too bitter - next time I'll tell them how long I like it (3 min). I LOVED the one my sister-in-law got though - a mix of Chai tea and vanilla berry cashmere tea with dark chocolate almond milk, medium sweetness. Yum!!!

Cool place for tea! I came here on a hot summer day to do some school work. The internet was fast and the tea was very refreshing! The girl helping me decide on a tea was very sweet and patient, as I wanted to try many of the teas-on-tap before choosing.

At The Scented Leaf you are able to customize your drink which is neat. I ended up ordering the raspberry rose with lemonade mixed into it. I enjoyed it and see myself coming back one day!

The guy that helped us was so nice and had really good recommendations! I got a nitro matcha latte and it was really good and my Friday got an iced dirty chai latte and she said it's the best she's ever had.

I absolutely love the teas on tap. Employees really know what they're talking about and offer good suggestions. It's a good place to get homework done or hangout with friends. Refill policy is great! This is one of my favorite places on/near campus.

Really good teas with tons of varieties. Went a few times and the staff is always great; friendly and helpful in giving recommendations and preparing it in a reasonable amount of time. Only downsides are the prices are just a tad high and the space feels slightly cramped but overall a nice atmosphere to hang out

So many choices! Staff was friendly as I took a bit of time making my decision, and he was very knowledgeable too. I ended up getting a 16 oz special which had (on tap) prickly pear tea and strawberry lemonade; it usually has sugar too but I asked for none of that. The flavor was good, but I'm not sure what prickly pear is usually supposed to taste like. It was a bit on the sweet side and the tea flavor wasn't very strong; it almost tasted like juice but maybe that's how it was supposed to be. Indoor seating is limited as there's just a few tables due to covid, and there's some outdoor seating as well which is great.

Very quaint place, will go back and bring a friend.

We are two Florida International University students from Miami, and this place is everyone's dream back home! Delicious mixed and good quality tea, a hip staff with great attitudes who carry real conversation. In lack of better words, bravo, I'm very proud of you.

A great place to study and not to mention a great variety of teas!

The tea here are excellent and the customer service is always great! Only took a star off because the timing can be a hit or miss. It can get really busy and if you show up during those times, there's not going to be a place to sit. You have to hang around until someone leave. Also a little cramped.

This place has a great atmosphere, it's hip and offers a delicious array of hot and cold tea to drink or take home. A great place for college students to study because of the comfy chairs access to electrical outlets and free Wi-Fi.

This tea house is one of a very few number of Tucson businesses that actually pays attention to the details. It's the little things that make the difference between an mediocre and an outstanding experience and Scented Leaf has nailed it.

They offer full tea service, which means they prepare a pot of tea and serve it to your table. You can also get both hot and iced teas to go. I definitely suggest checking out their selection of iced teas as it's a refreshing change from the boring green or black tea options available at the large coffee chains.

The selection of teas is extensive and both Shane and the employees have impressive knowledge of the qualities of each tea. Not a tea snob? Not to worry, they will definitely help you find something you will love.

Surprisingly the deserts that they have are incredible as well. I'm a fan of the white chocolate cheesecake.

All in all an excellent experience. I highly suggest giving it a try, even if you're not usually a tea drinker!

Was sitting outside drinking tea and studying, and this guy (who I assumed to be either the manager or the owner) came out and rudely told a girl sitting at another table that she had to buy something or leave. I get it, you don t want people sitting at your tables if they aren t customers. But 1.) youre on a college campus. Get used to it or move your store elsewhere. Kids are gonna want to study here. And 2.) he was insanely rude. There s no reason he couldn t have politely informed the girl that she needed to buy something or leave. Honestly super disappointed. I ve always loved scented Leaf but after seeing a manager act like that I won t be coming back.

Okay, so I'm visiting from out of town and have never had tea before in my whole life. I swing into The Scented Leaf, mainly to see the Christmas art that was being painted on the Windows. After wandering around the trendy store, I found my way to the counter. A wonderfully helpful employee, Dory, explained the informative layout of their menu, and helped me settle on a custom blend of their "holiday blend" and "chai." It was my first tea, and the best. But really, it was delicious! It was a very fun place to check out. I recommend!!

Great place to get a wide variety of teas and refills. Ambience is nice but just know that it's almost always busy and packed so seating can be limiting if you go during popular times.
