Do not buy from this!!!!
I wanted to buy a car for personal use. The images they show look nice, and they say "perfect condition", but the real thing is, the car is worst than expected.
When I check the car by myself, it was terrible. It look like they got it from garbage box.
Their standard is so low. They are not serious business. They made me lose time. Not buying from them.

I paid for a truck on 1 July 2020, since receipt of money there has never been any response to my emails. Right now I expected the car to be delivered but DO NOT EVEN know what is going on. I keep writing emails but there are no responses. I have asked other buyers from my country and they are also complaining of the same. Is this the NEW SBT? Is that how you treat your clients now? I am extremely disappointed with the friend who introduced me to SBT. They have nice cars but it ends there!

I went there for the first time in about 10 years, but the atmosphere inside the company is about. Well, it's unavoidable because it's grown up, but it's a pity that the employees who pass each other can't say hello. If you have a chance, I will ask you to come alone next time.

This is no doubt the best Japanese car exporter!! I bought many cars from SBT and never had an issue,,, excellent service and good communication from my account manager Mr M.J. --since the cars are used make sure to communicate with your dedicated manager and check the car together for any major defects... excellent Company I recommend it !!

I would like to bring to world attention regarding SBT JAPAN .I have bought 13 cars I have paid full amount more then 20 days, cars already arrived end of the October 19.no relay nor they send you any replay on the Emil only basic Emil I got they will contact to you soon ,now i decided to go to japan will bring this company to court they are not good company to deal with that they are holding my money they put my Bussiness in jeopardy .
