my storage unit was robbed over Labor Day weekend in 2022 while i was recovering from a gunshot wound that happed at the facility that i was renting from and was insured with Soba. having to file almost a year and a half later they were helpful and very understanding with the circumstance i was in. outside of having to send paperwork to them repeatedly which is the only reason that i gave a four-star rating. once they got everything that was needed, they were quick in approving me claim in full and emailing me that it was overall i would get insurance through them again and recommend them to anyone that asks me for a recommendation. over all I'm satisfied and happy with the service they provide.
