I've been a customer at the SBB for a long time, more specifically, I own a annual subscription for over 3 years and always paid on time, but I got a bus twice early in the year because the checkers' device invalidated my subscription, even though it was not until after the Sbb app one month later, has indicated. There is fog in the plains, many Zurichers want to enjoy the sun in the mountains. Thus, we are with many others on track 9, at 8:37, boarded the train. Unfortunately, no seats were found. Hundreds remained on the ground. For the luggage one searches in vain for a storage area. The shelves above the seats are a joke. The train crunches and rattles throughout the ride. From my point of view, the so-called summer construction site timetables should be titled "SBB savings timetables". Why?
Due to the warming of the climate, in my opinion it is completely irrational and incomprehensible to carry out the infrastructure and maintenance work on the tracks during the hot summer months. Why not do this work in spring or autumn when it is cooler? Why do you exercise yourself in addition to the climatic heat (melted track core at hotspots like in Wankdorf) and weaken the fragile infrastructure even further? Is it the summer vacation? What are the reasons?
In my opinion, it is not only infrastructure construction sites that destabilize SBB trains during the summer economy schedule, but also significantly fewer staff (in summer there are far fewer ticket controls by train escorts than usual). Sometimes you are not checked for days.
All of this not only leads to delayed tsunamis, but trains are regularly canceled. Are we honest with ourselves and the SBB, commuting at peak times (travelers) and saving and building during heat and cold (SBB) can lead to system failures.
My thanks go to the SBB staff, the employees and the travelers, who ironed out the situation in an exemplary manner to a certain extent and accepted the situation.

I avoid the public transport and since today I have one more reason. Thought to go back to Zurich with the SBB. Single ticket for 3 stations - CHF 6.80. The return journey I then with night surcharge of CHF 5.- paid but this must be solved separately although the single bill the note. Very inconvenient. In addition, the SN6 looked like hell.
