I bought a sofa at Living Spaces. After only one week the sofa failed so I am in need to get it fixed by SAW under warranty. I was contacted by a representative that was not helpful at all. Had to schedule until July. Afterwards I changed my mind and decided to cancel work to be able to be at home (I explained this was a problem). I have been trying to speak with someone today. I was left on hold for more than 30 minutes and eventually the system hung up. This happened 3 times. Requested a call back never happened. The worst costumer support I have experienced so far.
