I bought a sofa at Living Spaces. After only one week the sofa failed so I am in need to get it fixed by SAW under warranty. I was contacted by a representative that was not helpful at all. Had to schedule until July. Afterwards I changed my mind and decided to cancel work to be able to be at home (I explained this was a problem). I have been trying to speak with someone today. I was left on hold for more than 30 minutes and eventually the system hung up. This happened 3 times. Requested a call back never happened. The worst costumer support I have experienced so far.

We purchased a power lift chair for my mother who has Parkinson s and a protection plan for the chair. The power lift function stopped operating so we contacted Guardian Protection (whom the warranty plan is through) and they set up a repair appointment. I just received a call at 7pm from a technician from SAW telling me that our appointment is now cancelled and is rescheduled for May 28th. When I told the tech that this was unacceptable, she told me that there was nothing I could do and offered to transfer me to Guardian. Meanwhile, all she did was hang up on me. I will be following up with Guardian and telling them about this. Do not use SAW if you can avoid it. Terrible company.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. They cancelled appointments to fix my sofa 5 times. When they finally showed up they didn't have the correct parts. Tried to call to speak with someone and waited on hold for almost 2 hours and finally just hung up. Sofa is still not repaired almost a year into the process.

Don't use this company unless forced. My couch from Ashley/Morris Furniture, delivered 12/20, came with a giant slash in the back. Saw contracts with Morris giving me no alternative option. As of 4/21 I am still waiting on a repair after they cancelled on me the day of for the second time. Poor customer service, long phone wait times and no answers on any timeframes. If you have any other options than this company, use the alternative.

Excellent response time: communication re appt time and even sent picture of REPAIR TECH Jason so I could be confident inviting him into my home. He was 5 star thorough and even found a break in the main support beam of my power recliner. Fixed everything on the spot! SO EASY!!

SAW was the contracted repair company for my couch through Living Spaces. The repair man arrived at the early end of the time frame, was friendly, and did a great job of the repair on the spot. Sorry I needed a repair but they did a great job.
