Full-sized grocery store with a small neighborhood character. Great selection of fresh produce, huge meat choices and a convenient deli with ready to eat meals. Staff are super friendly and helpful!

If there was no star that would the score for this store!!!
We were group of Asians travelling through and stopped for snacks and to use the washroom facilities at this location. We were treated very badly by the staff especially the ones at the bakery section who remarked that we couldn't use the newly renovated(??) Washrooms if we were not customers. And when we said that we were buying after she remarked that the homeless people across the highways trashed the washrooms before. When we complained to management all the Asst Manager Todd did was try to explain that the homeless people use the washrooms without buying from their store.
Why are we being compared to the homeless people on the area?! And how bad is that to judge people... given we didn't look fresh after travelling 8 hours straight but none of the kids or the adults looked like we were shoplifters or homeless. I'd say they just looked at the only Asian people in the store and used their mouths instead of thier heads!

A grocery store that carries a wide variety of produce, meats and grocery items. The produce can be a bit hit or miss. Sometimes it's great and sometimes not. I find the prices are generally higher than what I expect although they occasionally have some good sales. The staff seem generally uninterested except for the rare gem that goes above and beyond. I no longer do my general grocery shopping here but I still go by to pick up sale items. There is no pharmacy in this store but there is one next door.

The store was clean and nicely stocked. It's right off the highway in Valley View so it's a handy stop for all you hitch hikers out there who tend to spend their $ on other needs. It still has an small town feel to the community. You catching my drift brothers and sisters.

Excellent customer service in this store. I truly felt welcome in the store. My only issue was the prices. As most seem to notice, Save On Foods is horrendously over priced on most items.

This is my go-to grocery store: close to home, love their points program and I take advantage of the online shopping pick up all the time with 2 small children in tow. If you download the app, you get better than flyer prices on select items and I can easily shop from my phone without a toddler throwing in extra items into the cart or going over budget! Pickup is always timely and the team does a awesome job of substituting similiar items for the same price. When I do shop in store, the layout is ideal allowing me to get in and out (nothing worse than a crazy floor plan when you're trying to find an item!) and cashiers try their best to get your through checkout painlessly. I find the prices very reasonable if you take the time to compare quantity/cost. Highly recommend.

Honestly, the customer service is outstanding. Today Superstore let me down. I went to two Save- On- Foods and they both went above and beyond. Thank you so much! Hands-down my favourite grocery store.

I'm thankful to have a grocery locally, about a 5 minute's drive for me, and the prices on most items are cheaper than the drug store in the same area, but more expensive than other, larger grocery stores 10 minutes away. I also really wish the cashiers, especially in the "express lanes", had a greater sense of urgency especially during peak times. I do expect to wait in line during these times but when there's two people in front of me with less than five items, 10 to 15 minutes is too long. On the other hand, staff is generally friendly and helpful if you ask a question, and I am greeted from time to time by merchandisers, and I can always find what I need there.

Always a friendly face to be seen in the store. Associates are kind, humorous, and helpful. Aisles are stocked and the store is clean. They always seem to have some good sales going on too! My only complaint is that while my wife and I shop there we have been approached multiple times by an affiliate (not sure if they are employed by Save-On) of Scotia Bank and they're always trying to sell us on a credit card or account.

Otherwise, I love coming here. Especially for lumberjack sandwiches!

Went to do a grocery shop. Found everything we needed. Had to ask for help from staff to find a few items as this was not my regular store. Questions were answered and the items found. Produce area was well stocked and we found everything on the list.

Good place to stop for milk but everything is waaay too high priced. Many produce items are going bad and many shelf items expired. Sad that people rate this store so high for "friendly staff". Honestly folks....aren't we here to buy groceries and not pay double?!!!

Lack of product organization. Took the cashier far to long with customers he wanted to talk with. Never said a word to me except the total. Talked to the customer behind me while doing my transaction.
