Less than bad, disrupting interests and telling you to pay the fees in full, evaluation and administrative, and do not take back, and everyone who refers you to another manager without his help, only collecting fees from clients, and so they make a profit without effort. I recommend going to the bank better than them.

Advice from an experienced person. I do not recommend dealing with them. Many requests stall, especially a statement of account and salary definition more than 7 times. They request me from me, as well. They turned me over to the company on the basis that they liberate me to the house and the company delays more than them and they lie. They say they communicate with me and they swear by God, liars.
I have more than 7 months, and unfortunately until now I have not concluded with them and have canceled my order and God will compensate me for what I paid

Few times over the last 14 year since moving to KSA have I been treated with such professionalism and courtesy. My circumstance from the beginning didn't instill much confidence on either side for securing a positive outcome to my home loan request. Nonetheless the representative handling my case went above and beyond to secure my financial interests. After a week of diligent research I was informed that my request would not be accepted and that my circumstances would not allow SHL to qualify me. At this point SHL's rep had done what was required of him and could have wished me luck and sent me on my. Instead he offered me information on ways to increase my odds and apply again at a later date when my circumstance are more favorable. As close to a perfect customer service experience as anyone could get. No fees were requested at any point during this process. Thank you for your efforts Mr. M. Alayouti.
