Pathetic delivery service. Order not delivered even after seven days even in Kathmandu. No good customer care. They cant say when will be order delivered. just keep on saying it has been scheduled for delivery. Caught in such situation twice. Not gonna buy from them next time. I won't recommend to others as well

The customer care staffs are irresponsible and they cant handle the calls properly. Everytime i called them they said they will consult with their seniors and will let me know, but i didnt got a single call back and till this date i havent received my order yet.

There should be ZERO star option for sasto deal.

The products shown in the sastodeal are majority out of stock. First, you place order in morning and prepay amount too using esewa. You get message of "Product Packing". You stay chill hoping to get your product on 2-3 days. Suddenly, the message notification rings in evening. The message includes:
"Namaste Lopsang Lama, We are very sorry! your order id 410206682 has been cancelled. Please call our customer support at 01-597-0000 for any kind of support. Sastodeal.com".

You are confused . You call customer care. After minutes of talk, you get to know that the product you ordered was out of stock and they were unable to update that on their website. And you will get refunded after 48hrs and now you are not applicable for promo offer. What? Like seriously, Sastodeal ?

And this whole story was my experience with Sastodeal. How can you run business without any customer satisfaction? I previously tried to shop from Sastodeal. The experience was neither good that times. Different problems occured everytime. Sastodeal, you are meant to be solution-oriented but you are oppositely creating problems .

I can literally go list to pages to books with problems with Sastodeal. But, I believe in improvement and I request you to work even harder and improve your overall service. Best wishes from my side and hope for that time when I can change my 1star with 5 stars.

my order has been canceled almost 80% of the time always and they will say that the product was out of stock but the annoying thing is the product is still showing to be in stock on their website! And when the order is canceled, my paid money will freeze for almost 2-3 days.
I am at this point where I cannot trust this company, I don't know which of their product is in stock and which is not! And we have to call their customer service - takes almost 2-5 minutes to pick up, and I am wasting my balance just talking to them. This is annoying!

I do not recommend to buy anything from here . TV ja ni paucha hyai kinna parne vanne ni chaina ni Daraz is way better at least they know their stock .

Nothing can be the worst than the Sastodeal's Service and Product quality. 1. If your seller don't have products you take orders? 2. why you are not Refunding our money in time and holding it?? 3. Don't You check the items before delivery? 4. Don't you check Tax Invoices of the goods? To earn every penny, we need to work hard for day and night. Please be responsible. I have huge trust in you. Being a Nepali I always support Nepalese company like you. But Take only that much orders that you can handle.

I had recently ordered few items from this website. They delivered even in the lockdown. Although they didn't deliver on same day but i am happy with their service. Excellent customer service.
