Serpentine belt comes off. Told needs new P.S. pump. ok'd replacement with new pump Auto Connection ordered from supplier. Paid invoice. included the cost of a VIP membership never asked for or knew anything about.Paid for the membership. Next day I saw the P.S. pump had not been replaced but was the same one on the car as when it went to A.C. They claimed it was a mistake. Also, oil was leaking from the. pump. Returned. clawed repaired. next day 2 ft diameter oil stain on my clean driveway. 4 months / 1000 kms later: belt falling off. Towed to Auto Connection on Mon. Reminded them of previous belt problem. explained current failure. "we can get it in on wed." phoned Thursday: nothing done. "your car is still in back lot we didn't know if you wanted us to diagnose the problem or just replace the belt?" Had car towed to different shop. VIP membership a waste of money on my part. If using Auto Connection i suggest checking your invoice for mistakes.
